Welcome home to Watermill! Only 1 neighbor and surrounded by the natural preservation your oasis awaits! Large fenced yard with a screened lanai and additional patio space to spread out! Intentionally designed with functionality in mind split with the primary on the south facing side and remaining bedrooms on the north; east facing front door. The formal living space is at the front entrance and the open concept kitchen and gathering space in the back of the home. There's plenty of cabinet and counter space for the chef and eat in space for the taste testers. The primary suite has a deluxe en-suite and walk-in closet with built ins. Convenient to the NAS base, Argyle and the Collins shopping district.
