I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years and it’s a pleasure to have an opportunity to allow others to see all the great things Avondale has to offer. Plenty of shops are walking distance, to include parks and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The property is located at the ideal location, plenty of hospitals within 5 miles of the site. The Jacksonville Jaguars stadium is 15 minutes away including all main attractions downtown Jacksonville has to offer. Also, this property offer the most convenient for military personnel, it is 10 minutes away from NAS Jacksonville and 30 minutes from Naval Station Mayport and 45 minutes from Naval Base in Kingsbay, GA. Plenty of shopping centers, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Come see what Jacksonville has to offer! We look forward to hosting you soon!
