St. Pete's Old Northeast neighborhood is characterized by waterfront green space, brick streets and alleys, granite curbs, oak tree canopies, front porches, and hexagonal block sidewalks. You'll be located right across the street from Granada Terrace Park, just four blocks from Coffeepot Bayou and Snell Isle in one direction, and four blocks from Crescent Lake Park in the other direction. Wonderful neighborhood. Tampa Bay and Gulf beaches are within easy driving distance.
