Great escape especially if you’re a couple, quiet location, fantastic views, tons of deer to feed carrots to, and easy walk ability to restaurants and activities, perfect way to spend the week!

Wonderful location away from noise and in the middle of nature . We watched several deer play just yards from our deck. A short bike ride to all the shops, playground and several restaurants.

Typically, images presented are not always views from the property.. but in this case the "deck view" was awesome. very clean property, and great experience. This is for sure a GEM!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house had plenty of space and the deck outside was perfect. It’s the last house on the block so very private and has a great view. Easy to walk to Harbour Town and we utilized the community pool which was very nice as well. An extra plus was the fact that they had two beach chairs and beach towels for our use. We would definitely recommend it!

This was our second time staying in a sea loft but the last time was 10 years ago. This sea loft was immaculate! So beautiful and cozy. We were so blown away we already booked our stay again for next year.

Incredible Sanctuary

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed an incredible week in this treehouse. Everything about it was perfect! Many hours were spent on the deck just enjoying the views and birds. Everything we needed was there to cook nice meals. It was clean and well maintained. Customer service was great. Grateful that it's been shared by the owners. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This recently-renovated loft at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac was very nice. We had a couple of issues (a broken latch on the dryer and an outdoor light which stayed on all night) which were instantly fixed by the Sea Turtles team. There was only one nuisance: the laundry in the lower level was only accessible by going outside. The trap door for the inside stairs was not available for tenants. Overall this was a wonderful place in a very peaceful setting.

August Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is what was expected in terms of size and is well updated considering the age of the property. The fan on the stove does not work and the filter was covered with green growth. Maintenance came and fixed a door handle that was loose on the outside door which was helpful but should not have been this way. The downstairs room does not have a toilet, making it of no use since there is no inside access to the upstairs. This property is fine for a couple but not for a family or more people.

Awesome! What a beautiful little bungalow with amazing sunset views from the deck. Or morning coffee and devotions. Kitchen had all the amenities you’d want. Perfect for a couple. Or a couple with a small child or two.
