The Villa is located on a private one acre lot in the Leeward area of Provindenciales. Leeward is a quiet community with security at night at the gate. This 5 bedroom Villa is nearly 2600 sq/ft. It has a large deck, covered outside sitting area, and a private pool ideal for children. World Famous Grace Bay beach is only a two minute walk. The beach has beautiful soft white sand and nice for children. The hotel district is a mile beach walk to the west and a walk to the east will take you to a very wide and quiet residential beaches that will make you feel like you're the only one on them. Warm reef protected oceans, miles of beautiful beach to explore. The Villa is located in a residential area amongst other medium to large sized villas.

The Beach is spectacular and the Villa is near restaurants, Provo Golf Course, Shopping, The Casino, a Marina, Bars and Tennis Courts.

We had a great time in Turks & Caicos. The house was wonderful with plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. Our host was responsive and very helpful in offering tips and suggestions for different experiences and places to eat. We would happily go back.

The perfect house and location for our family!

Perfect home for adults and children. Great indoor space, wonderful pool and patio and easy walk to a gorgeous beach. Our third trip to island and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, great host

We had 8 adults and 2 children for a big family trip to Turks. Both Kathy (owner) and William (property manager) were extremely helpful before and during our stay. The location is amazing. Short walk to the beach and amazing community to stroll around safely. Would highly recommend this property to anyone heading to Turks.

Great place, perfectly situated near slopes

What a wonderful weekend. Perfect place to stay if you want to walk to the slopes. The Blizzard did not disappoint and the snow fall was incredible. Property Needs Repairs

We had a great time and enjoyed the space, location and responsive service from William. That said, the property needs plumbing repairs - upstairs toilet leaks, main floor toilet lever to flush was not working well, water leak under kitchen sink, upstairs shower didn't have good pressure so stopped using. I believe William would have worked on addressing while we were there but there were too many and we didn't want our vacation interrupted. All issues should have been easily known and addressed before we arrived.

Family Beach Stay

The Ocean Villa was a perfect home for our extended family of 8 (including 2 infants). 2 min. walk to a nearly private beach, plenty of cooking utensils and amenities (great outdoor grill) and its own pool. We opted for setting up chaise loungers and umbrellas each day and William took care of that promptly. The only stress point was having to "pay as you go" for electricity and water without really knowing consumption and utility rates (especially using the bedroom AC units each night and a lot of showers, dishwasher runs and laundry). We cautiously "budgeted" $100/day but it ended up being about half of that. Kathy was very punctual answering any questions and provided the absolute best Check-In email for details about the property, things to do, restaurants, Happy Hours, etc., etc. It was all super helpful. It was a very easy process and we hope to be back to the Ocean Villa soon!

First time to T & C

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and we were lucky enough to spend two weeks on the island. We chose this location for the first week as it was outside the more touristy area of Grace Bay, but close enough we could easily get to restaurants etc. The location of this house is great, steps to a beautiful, private beach with a great deck and pool area for us to gather in the mornings and in the evenings. There is some beach erosion going on in this area, making it impossible to walk the beach during high tide, and challenging during low tide. As another reviewer mentioned, the house itself is definitely bare bones, you will need to bring every staple (including salt and pepper) if you plan to cook. Most importantly, bring Off or some bug spray if you plan to use the deck space especially in the evening. Most restaurants have it available if you are dining out. We had an issue with the refrigerator that was eventually resolved but we weren't completely happy with the communication about it getting repaired. We enjoyed the privacy of this location and having our own space and pool with easy access to small beach.

Great location, beautiful property

We loved our stay at the Ocean Villa! Only 2-3 minute walk to beach on a beautiful pathway. The pool was perfect for evenings and the back patio is wonderful. The property manager was quick to respond to requests and accommodated our travel needs. Only two things I’d recommend 1) Citronella candles or some kind of biting bug deterrent for the patio (we got lots of bites in the evenings). Bring off! 2) We appreciated the beach chairs provided but would’ve loved to have a beach umbrella or two for our 10 guests. The a/c in the bedrooms work great! There is no a/c in the main living area of the house and it does get very warm. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend this property!

Great stay in Turks!

We stayed here in early December 2019. We had a great time. It was an easy trip from the airport to the house. The property owner gave us a ton of helpful information before we arrived to make the process easy. When we got to the house, there was someone there to greet us, show us around and answer any questions we had. He was super responsive when we had questions during our stay. The beach by the house is beautiful. So private and was only a few minute walk. We also loved having the private pool by the house. So many great restaurants nearby. Since we have little kids, many nights we would call in an order for pick up and eat on the deck. There was a supermarket nearby to pick up food for the house as well. The house itself was great. Spacious and perfect for two families. We loved the outdoor shower. My favorite part was the deck. It had so many comfortable couches to relax on at night. We had been hoping to return this year but with covid I don't know if that will be possible! But it is an amazing place and hope to get back this year.

Most beautiful beach

Great place for 3 families, beach access is amazing. It was great to have a pool to cool off and relax when sun too intense. Kitchen and grill worked well, outdoor shower was wonderful. It is worth it to get a few beach chairs , the paddleboard was light so hard to stand up on in wind but fun anyway. Small kayak very small. Everyone friendly, helpful, amazing island vacation.

July 2019 TCI Hummingbird lane

Great Stay, Great Property - close to beach - refreshing pool perfect size- the surrounding gardens are well manicured making the surroundings very private. The walk to the beach takes 3 minutes quite beautiful. We rented a Van and a small car - 9 people stayed in the house never once did it feel cramp - wonderful deck to hang out on- playing cards and board games during the evening hours. Some of the deck planks around the pool need attention and the water dispenser in the kitchen needs one of the spouts needs replaced- We recommend this property and will stay here again in the near future.

Awesome property

First time in 26 years of being married that my wife thanked me for taking the time to find a nice place for vacation. Great privacy, easy to get to beach, always felt at home and relaxed. It really does have as much room as they say. Special thanks to owner who worked patiently with me because of issues I had with a different owner at a different property. As others have said you will need a car but after that all is good.

This house is so fabulous that I really don’t want to leave a review and just keep it for myself!! But ... it was a perfect home for a girls’ trip of 8. TONS of room for us all to sleep, a back deck with several seating areas, a kitchen with everything we needed, a fabulous pool, and less than a minute walk to the stunning beach. We almost always had the beach completely to ourselves and at the most there were 2 to 4 others there with us. The sunsets are indescribable and the water is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Five stars aren’t really enough to rate this rental!

Perfect for a family retreat!

We were a three-generation family of 10 - 2 seniors, 4 young adults and 4 kids aged 6 mos to 5 years. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable - good sized bedrooms, nice kitchen and comfy family area. The pool was a big hit for everyone and the beach is beautiful and so close - about 4 to 5 minutes for the tiny legs. Everyone had a great time.

Perfect for a Beach Getaway!

We had a group of 4 couples staying at the house from a Monday to Saturday for my 40th birthday. The bedrooms were plentiful and we even had a spare :) The bathrooms were good. It would have been nice to maybe have one more, but it wasn't that big of an issue. I was staying in the master bedroom and that bathroom and shower was plenty big. I did hear the shower upstairs was on the smaller side, but not a deal breaker. The living room had ample seating for everyone, even though we really only used it once as a group. The kitchen and dining space was perfect for our group. We weren't all bumping into each other when preparing meals. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The dining table worked great for meals and our late night game sessions! We all loved the patio out back and the pool. It was beautiful to sit out there and be covered and have the feeling of being secluded with all the trees and plants. It was also great that the beach was just a short jaunt to get to from the backyard. We all took advantage of that. We did partake in ordering some fresh baked cinnamon rolls one morning and they were delicious!! I know when you see that only the bedrooms have air conditioning, your first thought may be "Oh my goodness!!", but at the time we stayed (end of March 2018), it definitely wasn't needed, so don't let that deter from giving this place a chance. There was such a great cross breeze that came into the windows. It seemed like as the day went on the more breeze there was. I even found a couple of times that I needed my jacket because it was a little chilly for me. Kathy and Brian were friendly and very informative. It was a great place to stay and would recommend it to those needing a place for a larger group.

Private, easy beach access, great outdoor space!

This house is perfect for a big group. The outdoor area is large with enough room for everyone to hang out. The easy walk to the beach means everyone can be on their own schedule and you don’t have to pack up tons of supplies. We had a great time here and would definitely stay at this house again!!

Wonderful family trip!

Our family stayed here for one week in January. The beaches were beautiful .. just as described .. and like none we had ever seen before! We spent time with the kids on several different beaches, mostly in the Grace Bay area, although we also explored further afield using our rental vehicle. Travelling around the island was easy as distances were relatively short. We were especially pleased with the recommendations made by Kathy and felt very spoiled by her friendly and welcoming staff. The house was well equipped and its location close to the beach made this an amazing holiday spot. We would definitely recommend it as a place to visit and stay.

Best vacation ever!

My family and I stayed here for 1 incredible week! The beaches were picture perfect and were never crowded. We went to the beach each morning and came back for a swim in our private pool each afternoon. We had a rental van to tour the island and visit other beaches. We loved the outdoor shower in the master bedroom. Kathy was very helpful and her staff were warm and friendly. Her staff cooked us some delicious gourmet dinners! We would definitely go back again! Highly recommended.

Amazing Trip!

My 11 girlfriends and I vacationed here this past April for my bachelorette party and couldn't have been happier! Kathy was a pleasure to work with and Joe (the house manager) was available whenever we had a question regarding the house during our stay. The house is well stocked with everything you could need and having the pool, with the ocean close by allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds! Thank you Kathy and Joe for making this a trip we will never forget. - Kaitlin

As tourists we have had many meals with the local restaurants, chartered day trips to the other islands (Cays) Pine, Parrot, Dellis Middle and North Caicos. Fishing charters, island exploring, snorkeling the reefs right off the beach, para-sailing and kiteboarding are some of our favorite activities on the island. Our whole family became PADI Certified Scuba Diver's during a one week stay a few years ago. The places to see and things to do while on vacation in Turks are endless.
