The Villa is located on a private lot in the Leeward area of Provindenciales. Leeward is a quiet community with security at night at the gate. This 5 bedroom Villa has a nice outside covered outside sitting area, and a private pool ideal for children. World Famous Grace Bay beach is only steps from the pool. The beach has beautiful soft white sand and is nice for children. The hotel district is a mile beach walk to the west and a walk to the east will take you to a very wide and quiet residential beaches that will make you feel like you're the only one on them. Warm reef protected oceans, miles of beautiful beach to explore. The Villa is located in a residential area amongst other medium to large sized villas.
