Grace Bay Beach Walk Villa is suitable for large families (up to 10 people) that want privacy and seclusion in casual surroundings. The Villa has a beautiful private pool and is only 30 seconds to one the best beaches in the world. Pelican Beach (east end of Grace Bay Beach) Grace Bay Grace Bay Beach Walk is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens that offer beautiful coconut palms and cherry trees. The Villa is located on a private lot in the Leeward area of Provindenciales. Leeward is a quiet community with security at night at the gate. This 5 bedroom Villa has a nice outside covered outside sitting area, and a private pool ideal for children. World Famous Grace Bay beach is only steps from the pool. The beach has beautiful soft white sand and is nice for children. The hotel district is a mile beach walk to the west and a walk to the east will take you to a very wide and quiet residential beaches that will make you feel like you're the only one on them. Warm reef protected oceans, miles of beautiful beach to explore. The Villa is located in a residential area amongst other medium to large sized villas.

The Beach is spectacular and the Villa is near restaurants, Provo Golf Course, Shopping, The Casino, a Marina, Bars and Tennis Courts.

Just a minute away from Pelican Beach with a pool and all the amenities! We enjoyed everything about this place. You will need to rent a car to get around the island. Very clean and easily about to get ahold of the property manager when needed! Overall great!

This house was super clean and so conveniently located to the beach. When you walk out the front gate, you can see the ocean and you pretty much have the beach to yourself the owner and manager of the property to not be any friendlier and more helpful anything you need they are there. I would stay here time and time again.

Great villa for large families/goups

Our family of 13 rented both vrbo#655982 & 655983 which provided more than enough space our entire group. These villa are connected by a lockout door which we kept open for our stay. The location was perfect with Grace Bay Beach just across the street. The staff was very helpful and professional. They even cooked us a traditional Philippine meal which everyone loved! Both villas were well equipped and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens were good quality. Both pools were very clean and well maintained. The bbq grills and patio were great for staying home and jus hanging out. The owner was very responsive to emails and answered all of our questions. She also gave us lots of tips and restaurant ideas prior to our arrival. We look forward to renting these villas again.

Beach walk at tci

The property was lovely. It was expensive. We liked the location. I did not enjoy, however, being nickeled and dimed on every item. We had to pay for the chairs we carried to the beach (even though they were pictured in the property’s description). We had to pay for the umbrellas we carried to and from the beach. We had to pay for the water we used. We had to pay for the electricity we used. We had to pay for the water we drank. One might wonder what the rent paid for.

Thank you for staying in our villa for your vacation. We are glad that you loved the property. The chairs and umbrellas were provided as a rental from a third party provider. We have a water cooler in the villa. The water cooler is offered as we would like to keep the plastic 1-gallon jugs (sold for $3.99 each at the IGA) out of the landfill in Turks. We provide 2 - five-gallon jugs upon arrival and we ask that our guests fill up the jugs as our staff do not always have cars available to fill up the jugs for the next guest. We like to do our part to have conserve on the island and keep plastics out of the landfill. Some guests even choose to drink the town water from the tap. This villa is offered at a very competitive price in Leeward as it is 30 seconds from our gate to the beach access. Turks is a very beautiful island we are glad you enjoyed your stay.

Caicos on the Beach

Location, Location, Location.!! As adverstised the beach is right out the front door and steps away. Best beach in the Caicos. We had 9 people and the house suited us just fine. Interior is small and only two bathrooms but everyone shared a room and it worked well. We had some issues with the hot water when we arrived but the owners were very responsive in fixing the issue. On site Property managers are easy to reach and responsive. Pool and patio area with the outdoor shower is really great. We liked the outdoor shower more than indoors! Very clean and neat upon arrival. We will go back and stay at this property or another owned by these owners.

Paradise Perfection

The house was even lovelier in person than the pictures. The location to the beach couldn’t be beat! Two minutes out the front door and you’re there. The open plan living space made socializing during meal Prep possible. We had children (4,8 &12) the pool was amazing. They used it in the morning and into the evening. The neighborhood was beautiful and well maintained we felt very safe the entire time. We had 11 people and tons of space for everyone. We are already planning our trip back next year. If you book this house you will not regret it!

Location, location, location!

We had 6 children under the age of 9; 2 under 2. To have the beach (Pelican Beach) within a very easy walk and to have the pool as well was perfect. Even the 5 year olds could walk to the beach by themselves if they forgot a tube - about 200 feet. The littles were happier with the pool. There is a nice outside terrace which can be closed off by chairs so the littles couldn't get to the pool on their own. There were some initial problems with hot water/dishwasher/no water. William responded immediately. Another set of cutlery would help; also a colander, as pasta was a mainstay for the kids. A clothes line for soggy towels would be great.It was great to find a few kid friendly items...we left some tubes for the next group. We brought a frozen chicken dinner in a styrofoam cooler. No problem bringing in food. Yes, food is more expensive (as is wine), but it's a luxury vacation and everything has to be brought in. "da conch shack" absolutely perfect for a meal/drinks and beach for kids.

We had a party of nine, with 4 adults and 5 children from 16 to 8. There was plenty of room for everyone and the place was super clean. We were able to prepare meals at the house and went out on the island when we needed. Everything was within 15 minutes which was great. One of the best beaches we have ever seen was within a 100 feet of the house and it was very quiet there. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to anyone. Kathy answered all our questions quickly and was very patient with us seeing we have never been to the island. Thanks!!!!

Perfect house in an amazing location!

We had 2 families (4 adults, 6 kids) stay at the house for 10 days and it was perfect! The beach is 10 steps away, the pool and outdoor space is gorgeous, and the house has plenty of room for 10 of us. The outdoor shower was great for washing off after the beach too. The hosts Kathy and Bryan were so welcoming and stopped over to give us restaurant recommendations and beach tips. I can not recommend this house enough! It is connected to another 4 bedroom house with another pool, so it would be perfect for a larger group of 4 families as well. Turks was amazing and our stay here was a wonderful experience!!

Perfect spacious villa for ten

What can I say that previous guests had already said! Villa was very spacious and well furnished. It had everything we needed. We felt at home. My most memorable spot of the villa is the outdoor shower. Perfect for rinse off from a hot day at the beach, but most of all is showering a night, smelling the fragrance of jasmine blooms, seeing the dark sky filled with millions of stars above. My heavenly experience was very brief though because I didn't want to give people a free show nor let the mosquitoes fest on me. I followed all the suggestions from our helpful host Kathy provided, and guests' reviews suggestions. We rented a van and went beach hopping each day, looking for a best spot to snorkel on our own. Found the Pelican beach which was a few steps from the villa is the most beautiful quiet and private beach. Sunset beach (to the left of Pelican beach) had a small colorful reef area with lots of small colorful varieties of fish. Coral Garden had the most foot long very friendly fishies. I got to pet a parrot fish while snorkeling there! Another great snorkeling place (Princess Alexandra National Park ) that was a little bit further down to the right from Coral Garden had its own public parking lot within a residential area. Ms. Joy greeted us at the villa with delicious rum punch and cool wet towels to refresh our sticky selves. She was very thorough, answered all our questions and she was available when we needed her. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Definitely will book with Mrs. Kathy McLeod again. Looking forward to stay in one of her villas again. Best regards, DNwin

Fantastic Accomodations for a Large Group

We rented #655982 & #655983 together. These were 4 bedroom & 5 bedroom attached houses with a double pass through door. We had 9 couples for my wife's 50th birthday. To have 18 people in one house would seem problematic but the location and accommodations were perfect. The house is beautiful, landscaping lush, pools were very inviting, and the short walk to the beach was perfect. Kathryn and her staff took care of all our needs with the smallest of issues addressed immediately. I can't think of anything we wouldn't do all over again.

Amazing Spring Break

We have traveled quite a bit and stayed at many VRBO's. This one is at the top of the list. The house was everything and more. Joe and Kathy were awesome about every detail, including making sure our wheelchair bound niece was accommodated. Their advice on diving, boat tours, restaurants was spot on as well.The beach was spectacular, the water warm and snorkeling great. We will definitely be back!!

Great friends, great villa, great weather...Perfect vacation

Earlier this month I stayed at the beach villa with 9 of my friends to celebrate my 25th birthday. When I arrived, I was surprised as the villa is much bigger than I had thought it would be. It housed the 10 of us very well! We were greeted by Joe upon our arrival who had some fresh punch for us which was really nice after driving for 20 mins (from the airport) in the heat in a van with 10 bodies and 10 suitcases. Joe is the Villa specialist, he does a great job at keeping the property clean and looking amazing! He is also very nice and available by phone whenever you need him. Although the house is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, the pictures on this posting are exact representations of what the property looks like, so no surprises.The villa has a very homey feel to it. It was Perfect! The only thing that we had some issues with was that there were 10 of us and only 2 full bathrooms, one which was in the master suite. We still managed to make it work though. Considering that the villa is steps away from the beach we spent a lot of time tanning and enjoying the salt water! I definitely recommend renting a car, there are beautiful beaches around the island (turtle tail) that you should visit and the waters on the opposite side of the island I found much more calm than the waters found steps from the villa. There’s a lot of different food options as well not too far from the villa as well but definitely not walking distance. We did do some grocery shopping to make use of the grill in the backyard. I’m from Canada, and groceries were much more expensive than they are here so keep that in mind when traveling. Kathy recommended packing some snacks which was a very good suggestion. Kathy is a great host. She is very organized and prompt with her replies to any questions that I had. I had the privileges of meeting her husband while I was visiting, he was also very nice. I have traveled quite a bit in the last couple of years all over the Caribbean and I’ve never looked forward to returning to an island more than I am Turks and Caicos. It’s just beautiful.

Beachwalk Villa provided an incredible vacation . You will never experience a better beach - that you walk just steps to, that is so private, almost like it is just yours alone - It has a small reef and Pelican Beach for great snorkeling. The home has very beautiful furnishings, great beach towels and chairs, and just about everything you could need to have a week in paradise. When you arrive to the home, the windows are open and airing the house. Close them and only have the screen door to the back patio and pool open. It ensures the bugs and mosquitos stay on the outside and you can enjoy the inside. Invest in the mosquito coils and burn them on the patio and areas outside that you are enjoying. Bring "OFF" or bug repellent with DEET - especially if you go to restaurants in the evening. The bedrooms will keep very cool if you keep the doors closed to them, and to the hallway where 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located. I slept in the bedroom just off the main living area, and it was nice and cool because we kept the door closed all the time. The pool is also wonderful, but I think my favorite thing, was the outdoor shower, just as you come back from the ocean. If you have a larger group of people, that you buy a couple of the styrofoam coolers or bring a cooler with you, invest the $4 per day (2 bags of Ice) - use one cooler to keep drinks cool and one cooler for ice to make drinks, and your life will be a delight. I say this, because, like most homes in the Caribbean, the main rooms of the house are not air conditioned, only bedrooms and hallways; so this makes it a lot easier on the refrigerator. And the coolers only cost about $7 each. We rented Kayaks for the week from Big Blue. These were great in the ocean - they drop them off to the house and pick them up - we carried them down each day and kayaked around the bay. I also brought a couple of the folding Swimways rafts with me from home . The larger IGA food shopping center is on Leeward Highway which is approximately 15-20 minutes from the house. The second Gourmet IGA is just near the 7 Stars Resort and about 10 minutes from the Villa. Selection is greater at the larger IGA -- prices are about the same - they are higher than the US -- so be prepared. Do your big groceries at the larger IGA and add to items from the smaller gourmet location. Use Provo Divers for diving, Snuba with Jodi at Coral Gardens, and renta boat from Big Blue for a day - your vacation will be awesome.

Incredible island getaway

Renting the Beachwalk Villa was the best vacation we've had in years. This is a very high end property that has all the details covered. First of all, working with Kathy was a pleasure. She had incredibly valuable insights, tips, and recommendations. Getting to the house was a little tricky in the rental car, so try to map it out before you leave so you aren't trying to figure it out as you drive! The home itself is gorgeous. We were met by the wonderful Joe who had a great surprise upon arrival. The kitchen is open and has plenty of storage plus everything you need (plates, glasses, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen tools, etc). The bedrooms are great size, with lovely high end linens, fans, dressers, etc. Plus, in each room are two beach chairs and beach towels. Little details like that set Beachwalk apart. The master we were in has a huge shower, his and hers sinks, and a private toilet. Finally, the big family room has a huge sectional sofa that allowed us to hang out, play games, and plan our adventures. Outside is gorgeous. A big patio area has a full dining table area as well as a lounge area. The lounge space has plenty of seating and a big awning type thing over head to give some shade. It is also where the grill is. The pool (surrounded by more seating with lounge chairs and a cool canopied love seat) is a perfect size. Our three kids loved hanging out here any free moment we had. The landscaping is being built up but it is already beautiful. You feel secluded in your own tropical paradise. And of course, you are a minute from the beach. It is exquisite. Maybe one or two other groups on hundreds of yards of beach. Very unlike the (sonewhat) crowded resort areas. If you want to be away from it all and just soak in the ideal setting, this is the place. You DO need to rent a car (in my opinion) to get the most out of your trip. You need to drive to restaurants or the store. Rates for car rental aren't much more than the expensive round trip cab fare, so it isn't a real extra cost. Once you have a car definitely explore the island. It is AMAZING and Beachwalk is the perfect place to enjoy it from. We LOVED our charter boat trip with Capt Rice at Caribbean Cruisin. We enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach at Coral Gardens. We had a great group dinner at The Vix (Grace Bay resort area) and at Salt (Blue Haven Marina). We did make a few trips to the French Bakery as well. As tourists we have had many meals with the local restaurants, chartered day trips to the other islands (Cays) Pine, Parrot, Dellis Middle and North Caicos. Fishing charters, island exploring, snorkeling the reefs right off the beach, para-sailing and kiteboarding are some of our favorite activities on the island. Our whole family became PADI Certified Scuba Diver's during a one week stay a few years ago. The places to see and things to do while on vacation in Turks are endless.
