Great stay!

We loved the location and the super cool decor. It was plenty of room for a family of 5. We were able to walk to the center of town in 10-15 minutes and LOVED listening to the river.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family Christmas trip. 5 adults and one 8-month old. Quick walk to town and the grocery store and plenty of room for everyone. The decor is beautiful and we had such a wonderful time!

Great spot close to everything

Well maintained condo with all the items you need for a week long stay. Bus stop right at the complex and easy walk to downtown for shops and restaurants. Grocery is just a few blocks away. Love the view over the river and the unit is first floor and just across the drive from the entrance to the pool and hot tub which were both open and well maintained. Friendly staff always on property. Thanks for a lovely stay. .

The condo was stunningly beautiful and very clean!

The condo was gorgeously decorated Parisian style and very comfortable and clean. It was very cozy with the two fireplaces and walking distance into town. We had everything we needed! The owners were wonderful and even left a bouquet of roses for our arrival. We highly recommend this property! We will be back soon! Thank you!

The only disappointment was it was advertised as having 5 beds, one queen and 4 twins. Instead it had 2 queens and 2 twins. Not a game changer but we specifically choose this condo for the bed arrangement.

Aspen between Christmas and New Years

The property was just as pictured and described. A cozy condominium within a few minute walk to town and along the scenic Roaring Fork Creek. It was a very comfortable stay for me, my two young adult children and my young adult nephew. We all enjoyed skiing during the day and came home to a comfortable, conveniently located and well-equipped condo each night. Brenda, our host, was very responsive to my questions and accommodated a last-minute request to add an extra day to our stay as all of our flights home were cancelled (typical in Aspen this time of year). We would definitely return to this property at any time of year.

Construction impact

This unit is nicely furnished and a great location. However it is undergoing MAJOR construction on all sides of the building. Scaffolding on the river side obstructs the view and the deck furniture has been removed so the outside cannot be used. There is major noise starting at 645 AM and we were awakened by workers at our bedroom windows scraping paint. Parking is scarce due to the construction equipment. The crew was very nice and sympathetic, but they have a job to do! Once the management company (Catie) realized the extent of the problem she was very apologetic and a rebate was forthcoming. Overall the unit will be fine after the renovations are completed. I truly don't think the property manager and perhaps the owner were aware of the full impact of the project. Wait until it is done before you rent!

We would love to rent this property again! It is clean and well stocked. Best of all, it is a wonderful location for walking into town. The bonus is the river flowing just outside the windows, and the patio is relaxing! Brenda was a great host who was quickly responsive to my few questions. This place is highly recommended!

Wonderful stay

This condo is excellent! Exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, cozy. We loved that it is on the first floor! So convenient with luggage and skis. And on flat ground to walk to town. Looks farther away on the map, but it’s so close! It’s about 3 blocks to City Market. You can be at the gondola in 6-7 mins. The owners had cleaning products, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels on hand, also loved that the kitchen was so well stocked- spices, pots/pans, wine opener, grill, etc. great for cooking in. Plenty of parking. The beds are a little hard compared to ours at home but no different than a nice hotel mattress. They do have several pillows to chose from - feather and cotton- on each bed and feather comforters/cotton blankets, which is a nice touch. Also they do have liquid soap, shampoo/conditioner, blow dryers etc in each bathroom should you need it. Also, plenty of hangers. (So many places don’t have them or have 5 per closet.) The property manager is extremely easy to communicate with and responds immediately. We had no issues at all with the property. Everything is in working order and well maintained. The condo is on the ground floor, but does have stairs going down to the kitchen. It does have some nice antique pieces & accessories that may not be suitable for young children between the ages of 1-5. We did not have any young kids in our party. But we did have children between the ages of 9-16 who really enjoyed the property and it’s very fast Wi-Fi! Lovely place to stay in Aspen! Would definitely recommend and return.

Overall our stay was fairly smooth. there were a few details that we felt should have been working before we arrived. The ice maker was clogged, no measuring cups or utensils and difficulty getting living room TV working. The property manager did take care of everything. We arrived Saturday and it was Monday when everything got taken care of. we happen to like to cook on vacation, therefore having some of the basic cooking equipment would have been nice. Overall, location is great and things got taken care of.
