Beau Coast bliss is yours at this beautiful townhome! Situated just minutes from Beaufort's historic town center and waterfront with access to the Island Express Ferry Service, this inviting vacation rental offers a modern getaway furnished for complete comfort. The Beau Coast neighborhood offers plenty to do close to home, including a dock, a seasonal pool, grills, pickleball courts, and a clubhouse. Morehead City - home of the North Carolina Seafood Festival - is only five miles away, and Atlantic Beach is within an eight-mile drive!

Completed in 2023, this beautiful home has all the amenities for entertaining. It features a large, open kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for hosting. Additional perks include a coffee pot that has both options of a full drip pot or K-Cup single-serve brews. A toaster, a crockpot, and an air fryer are all available for easy vacation meal prep. There is an outdoor patio area perfect for happy hour and morning coffee. The garage is loaded with all the beach toys you need, including six chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon. Plenty of board games and books are provided to keep you busy while at home or in town. Of course, smoke alarms are equipped in each room, along with a first aid kit, as well as fire extinguishers in the kitchen.

Community pools are typically available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to closure without notice.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
