Très bel appartement

Conforme à la description, très bel appartement, avec vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée. Très calme en cette saison, la ville était quasiment déserte. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine et de la mer car la météo ne s'y prêtait pas. Belles visites et ballades dans les villages environnants.

tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung

es war alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben, Miquel hat uns superpünkltich empfangen und uns die Wohnung übergeben. Zustand der Wohnung ist sehr gut, die Wohnung war absolut sauber. Wir haben Tipps für Restaurants und interessante Ziele in der näheren Umgebung erhalten. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für angenehmen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Den Kaffee kann man wahlweise aus der Nespresso-Maschine (inkl. 3 Sätze Kapseln!), einer French Press oder klassischen Kaffeemaschine bekommen, Backofen und Herd sind auf dem neuesten Stand. das Bad in dr Wohnung ist etwas klein, für 2...3 Leute aber ausreichend groß, wir haben das untere Bad nie benutzt. Der Blick von der Terrasse oder aus der Wohnstube ist wirklich toll, morgens den Sonnenaufgang mit ner Tasse Kaffee in der Hand zu genießen, damit kann man sehr gut in den Tag starten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour fabuleux

Nous étions 5 et jamais nous nous sommes trouvés à l'étroit tant l'appartement est grand,bien agencé,idéal pour que les enfants se baignent sans les adultes. Appartement très propre.Quartier très calme. Pas de problème de stationnement. La crique à proximité de l'appartement et Miguel qui donne toutes les explications parfaitement. Bref! Vous pouvez y aller sans vous poser de questions car tout est parfait pour un sejour reposant et visiter la region qui regorge de beaux endroits. Les enfants nous demandent déjà quand on y retourne.

Très bien

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans ce très bel appartement moderne, calme et propre. La vue est superbe sur toute la côte et le parc naturel. Nous n'avons pas pû nous baigner en mer ou dans la piscine car la météo était mauvaise. L'appartement est bien equipé notamment la cuisine qui nous a permis de bien nous occuper ou encore la TV qui permet un branchement HDMI pour voir des films depuis un ordinateur portable. La literie est très bonne, le chauffage est efficace. Il y a de belles randonnées à faire depuis l'appartement, les GR suivent la côte et partent en montagne, jusqu'à Cadaqués et dans le parc naturel (monastère Sans Pere de Rodes). Nous essaierons de revenir avec le soleil ! A noter que la deuxième salle de bain se situe dans le garage accessible depuis la rue, à 30 secondes à pieds. Merci pour cette bonne semaine.

Superbe appartement

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce bel appartement, propre, agréable et surtout avec une vue panoramique sur la mer...Nous étions sur un paquebot avec vue mer. Le propriétaire est très symaptique, bienveillant et avenant. La disposition de l'appartement est très agréable. Tout y est...rien ne manque... Tout est propre et conforme au descriptif sur le site Abritel. Nous avons profité de ce séjour et de la région. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wunderbares Penthouse mit tollem Meerblick

Wir waren über Weihnachten für eine Woche dort und es war sehr gut geeignet für einen Aufenthalt im Winter. Die Räume waren alle sehr gut heizbar und wurden tagsüber von der Sonne durchströmt. Das Haus ist an einem der höchsten Punkte von Llanca an einer Sackgasse gelegen. Es ist deshalb sehr ruhig und der Blick über die Bucht zu jeder Tageszeit fantastisch. Es gab bequeme Betten, ein gemütliches Sofa und 2 Sessel und die Küche ist prima ausgestattet - auch für aufwändigeres Kochen geeignet. Insgesamt ein sehr komfortables, gut gelegenes und überhaupt wunderbares Appartement. Wir kommen wieder!!

Une semaine au top .un Penthouse superbe, il ne manque rien. La piscine est de bonne taille. La literie très confortable. Enfin c'est un superbe appartement. J'espère qu'ont pourra y retourné le plus vite.

magnifique séjour

L'appartement est très confortable et pratique avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer mais aussi sur la montagne. Tenue impeccable. petite salle de bain avec toilettes dedans. Localisation très pratique, à 5 minutes de la plage en descente. 10 minutes du centre historique. Piscine fraiche début mai, forcément. Une région splendide avec le Cap de Creux et Cadaques. Estupenda estancia.

Alojamiento con preciosas vistas, espaciosa terraza y agradable piscina, muy limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para la vida diaria y muy bien situado para poder acceder a diferentes pueblos turísticos de la zona en poco tiempo. Miquel, el dueño, nos recibió y nos dio toda la información necesaria para disfrutar de Llançá y de la zona muy amablemente. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto y hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestras vacaciones. Repetiríamos con mucho gusto.

Très agréable séjour en automne.

Très joli penthouse. Grande terrasse. Vue exceptionnelle à 270° sur ville mer et montagne. Randonnées possibles. Belles plages et criques. Mais 2ème SdB et 2ème WC dans garage dans une autre rue !!!

Description de la location tout à fait conforme. Appartement très propre et bien agencé il ne manque rien aussi bien à l'intérieure qu'à l'extérieure.
