Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Electric vehicles and golf carts are not permitted on the property. Two vehicles per rental, one of which must be parked in the overflow lot. Parking passes are required for both vehicles.
Wash dishes before leaving and return to proper cabinet/drawer area. Start a load of towels before leaving. Place sheets and pillow cases in the laundry hamper (no comforters please).
Remove all trash, using the trash cans provided (in the outside fenced in area). Leave your parking pass (es) on the counter. Make sure door locks securely on your final exit.

I have been doing beach trips twice a year and this was by far the best. The place was spotless and well equipped. Steve the host is great and right on top of everything. The area is great and quiet.

This is a hidden gem it was a wonderful just us get-away for my husband and I. The entire place was so nice and clean and comfy… lots of little touches made it extra special … Steve was so easy to communicate with and I seemed to always have a question… and he was very patient! This was our first beach vacation with our toddler. The enclosed balcony was amazing for playing during the heat of the day. The closeness to the beach was ideal for quick trips throughout the day. The morning and evening views from the hammock were amazing. Everything we were hoping for.

2nd year coming to Kure Beach for my child's sand soccer and this location was perfect. Walking distance to fort fisher where the event was, nice private beach and everything you need for a perfect little get away.Will definitely be staying again here next year when we come back for sand soccer.

The property The Heart of the Sea stole my heart. From walking into a clean, well equipped home away from home to stepping onto the balcony to see the sand and waves and your back yard - the accommodation was perfect. We sat in the hammocks nightly and watched and listened to the peaceful quiet of the ocean. And just a few steps from our front door to reach the seaside during the day - so convenient! Parking right beside the door which was so nice during the heat of the day and trying to unload and then load our things. The housekeeping was spot on - no complaints at all and she even made a little flower that placed in the toilet paper - sweet little touches to make you feel welcome. Steve, the owner was on the spot with any questions I had. He directed us to some great restaurants and was just always ready to answer any question within 10 min of being asked. Overall, I would recommend The Heart to friends and family and will be making plans to return, hopefully sooner than later. Thank you so much Steve!

This property was as described. The host. Steve was very quick to respond and was very accommodating. The Parking was excellent. Pool was great. The location was perfect. Could not get any closer to the beach. We stayed for three days celebrating my mother-in-law‘s 86th birthday. It was just perfect. I would definitely recommend staying there and we will be staying there again in the future.

We had the best time! I don’t think you can get any closer to the beach. The parking spot is excellent (right outside your door) The host was so nice. Listening to the waves was just wonderful and relaxing. We would definitely go back there. The ONLY thing missing was hair conditioner. Plenty of shampoo and body wash. Kitchen had everything! Very very clean.

Recently moved from SWVA to northern Kentucky. Hobbies include photography and biking. My “full time” job is being the Uber for our two beautiful and very busy granddaughters.
We are very blessed to have this condo at Kure Beach and enjoy sharing this blessing with our wonderful guests, many who have returned for their second, third, fourth and even fifth time. Repeat guests are the best and indicates we are doing the right things and doing them correctly…. Treating guests as we would want to be treated.
Certainly for us, it’s from “the mountains to the sea” in its purest form.

Kure Beach is like having your own private island, for the most part being away from the hustle and bustle of vacation beach life.
