This was perfect for our family vist.Beach view was so beautiful. Easy to get to the beach and the poolWe had everything we needed. Washer and dryer was a plus.

The view from the room was excellent. We were able to see the ocean. It was cold and windy so not much time on the beach.

Nice beach condo

Condo itself is perfectly fine for a stay at the beach. The conditions of the beach outside the condo are less than ideal. They are in the process of rebuilding the dunes and there just isn't much sand between the dunes and the ocean.

Thanksgiving fun

So, my ex husband, my son and my sons girlfriend decided to go away for Thanksgiving holiday. My son decided what a great way to introduce the gf to his dad!! The house, the beach, the whole setting must have alined the right way, because we all had an amazing time. Thank you for having us.

You decide

The lovely view turned to a horrible experience from finding food on the floor, Cheerios on the chairs, stench on the couch of an animal. The worst part was at 8am’ish maintenance started working below the deck chainsaws, hammers, and drilling. The workers were able to look into our “rented home” them placing their tools on our deck, moving our patio furniture while we were gone which we were told they would be there for a short time which lasted the full time we were there. When addressing with the agency we rented from Bryant Estates I received an email after we vacated of an excuse that it wasn’t up to them it was the HOA I explained to the lady at Bryant that had we known we would have found another location. All I wanted was a quiet vacay with my husband being that he had been suffering migraines and to deal with this necessary experience was horrible. I had explained this to the lady at Bryant when I got a call the Friday before we were to be there that they would be replacing a screen door to the patio while we are there. We asked if there was another location we could rent and was told no. We asked them to do that work once we vacate. Bad business! So getting back to our first morning I went to take a shower, the shower head was broken it sprayed all over myself, my belongings, and the bathroom walls. This then confirmed that their cleaning person does not do a thorough job after each renter. Very disgusting. We had to wipe things down. Again horrible business!

We apologize for the less than ideal experience you had during your stay. It sounds like there were several issues that disrupted your vacation, and we understand your frustration. We did, however, reach out to the vendor contracted to repair the sliding door and reschedule them per your request. When working with outside vendors, we are often at their mercy when scheduling repair appointments, and when our rental calendars are fairly full this sometimes means guests are present for these. As stated in our email, the HOA at this complex is working diligently to make repairs to the exterior of these buildings, and we are often not notified of when these repairs happen. We strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for all of our guests, and it's regrettable that we fell short in this case.
