Thewedros cared to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean, shower was great, and the bed was comfortable. Very quiet place. There was no shampoo and hair dryer and it was difficult for me (wife), but ok for my husband.

Perfect stay for one or two. Very convenient to local and major roads. Surprisingly large bathroom and closet space for the room size. Very quiet area and despite being in the basement there was little noise from other parts of the house. Tewedros was excellent with message response times and was very patient with questions.

Checking in was very easy and the automatic lighting at night was helpful to safely get to the front door. The unit was very clean and as described. It is in a very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. Tewedros was very nice, responsive, helpful and accommodating; as was his wife. It has a good sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was well regulated. Plenty of hot water to take a shower. All in all a great place to stay and get good night's sleep. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area and need a place to stay!

The place was clean with a smooth check in and driveway parking. There was one towel & hand towel for two booked guests. No AC control, but host was communicative and fixed it on his end and checked on us after I sent a message or two asking him to turn it down. Overpriced for the amenities and size of room, in my opinion. There was also no water to begin our stay with, which is fine, but a welcome water would go a long without having to immediately turn around to supply water for the stay.

The room was very clean, with fresh sheets and bedding, spotless floors, appliances, and bathroom. Parking was convenient, and the area felt safe. There were extra plugs available, but as soon as I tried to use them, they shorted out, making it difficult to plug in multiple devices at once. Using my laptop, tablet, or the provided space heater often meant having to unplug the fridge and microwave. Aside from this issue, the room was clean and well maintained.

Very pleasant accommodation. Everything I needed. Could have used the WiFi signal a little stronger. An extender would fix that easily. I would certainly book again.
