Maria is an absolute wonderful hostess! Very attentive, communicative, and helpful. Our family of five (2 adults, 15, 10, and 5) enjoyed our stay during our first trip to NJ! We walked to and from the Roselle train station to travel into NYC with ease. Cranford is an adorable little town with so many lovely food options, a must! (Crepes & Co.)Looking forward to another visit soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this Roselle property and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient home base in New Jersey.First and foremost, Maria was an outstanding host. She was incredibly responsive — every text and email was answered promptly, which made the entire experience stress-free from check-in to check-out. It's clear she takes great pride in her property and genuinely cares about her guests. The location couldn't be more convenient. Easy access to the Garden State Parkway made getting around a breeze, and there are fantastic dining options nearby for every taste and occasion. Whether you're traveling for work or pleasure, the central location is a real asset. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We left feeling relaxed and well-rested.We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area. Thank you, Maria, for a truly enjoyable experience!

Hello, my name is MariaI live in New Jersey and I am a licensed esthetician. I have always enjoyed working in service and beauty, and I also have a strong interest in business and entrepreneurship.

For many years, my life has been centered around my family, and now that my children have grown and started their own paths, I felt it was the right time for me to open a new chapter in my life. Hosting travelers from around the world is something that truly excites me.

I enjoy meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and creating a warm and welcoming space where guests can feel comfortable and at home. I understand how important it is to have a peaceful, clean, and safe place to stay while traveling, and I take pride in providing that experience.

As a host, I am friendly, respectful, and always available to help when needed, while also giving guests their privacy and space to enjoy their stay.

I look forward to welcoming you and making your visit a pleasant and memorable experience.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood when my children were young because I wanted a safe, peaceful, and family-friendly place to raise them. It is a quiet, tree-lined area where nature can still be enjoyed in everyday life.

One of the things I enjoy the most is waking up in the morning and hearing the birds singing. It creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere that makes the home feel very special.

The property is conveniently located near NJ Transit train stations, including Elizabeth, Roselle Park, and Cranford, which makes it easy to get around when needed.

Living here has always given me a sense of peace and comfort, and I hope my guests can also enjoy that same feeling during their stay.

What makes this property unique

What makes my property unique is the peaceful and natural environment combined with its convenient location. It is a quiet, tree-lined home where guests can truly relax and enjoy a sense of calm and privacy.

One of the most special things about the property is waking up in the morning to the sound of birds singing and enjoying the beauty of the trees around the home. It creates a relaxing atmosphere that is not always easy to find.

Although the setting feels private and peaceful, the property is also very well located near NJ Transit train stations, including Elizabeth, Roselle Park, and Cranford, making transportation simple and accessible.

This combination of nature, comfort, and convenience makes it a welcoming place for travelers who want both relaxation and easy access to nearby areas.
