This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms:

Primary Suite: A personal retreat with a King bed, a full en-suite bath featuring both a shower and tub, a generous closet, luggage rack, dresser, nightstands, and a Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: A stylish room with a Queen bed, closet, luggage rack, dresser, nightstand and Smart TV for unwinding.

Bedroom 3: Perfect for kids or extra guests, this room includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, closet, luggage rack, dresser, nightstand and its own Smart TV.

For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, body wash, argan oil shampoo and conditioner, and blow dryers in each bathroom, and a collection of indoor/outdoor games for all ages, beach gear and beach towels.

Guest Access
You will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, the yard, the pool, and all listed amenities during your stay.

Our home is nestled in the heart of Oak Bluffs, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. A pleasant 15-minute stroll will take you to the vibrant shops and restaurants of Circuit Avenue and the iconic Inkwell Beach. We are happy to share a curated list of our favorite local spots after you book.

Getting Around
The home is perfectly located for a leisurely stroll to nearby attractions. To explore the rest of the island, we recommend using a car, renting bicycles, or taking advantage of the island's convenient public transit system.

Important Information
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules and policies:

Security Deposit: A $750 security deposit hold is required for all bookings. This is securely processed by our property management system, and is fully refundable after your stay, provided there are no damages.

Rental Agreement: We kindly require a rental agreement to be signed prior to your arrival.

Occupancy: No parties or events are permitted.

Guests: The minimum booking age is 21. Third-party bookings are not allowed.

Property Care: Please do not park on the grass. No smoking or illicit drug use is allowed in the home; a fine will be assessed for violations.

Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets.

Check-in/Out: During the busy summer months, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.

Pest Control: The home is exterminated regularly. As we are on an island, you may occasionally spot a critter. Please let us know if you do.
