This place was just as described & very convenient. We have a few suggestions. It needs safety/grab bars in both showers. We needed extra trash bags & we would have appreciated a few directions for the tvs Place is lovely & clean it does need a new cushion on the porch & a new ironing board to replace the broken one. All appliances are sparkling new & the kitchen is extremely well equipped.

Very weird that we had to bring our own bedding. In 20 years of renting from VRBO never had to do that.Bathrooms need upgrading!

I’m sorry you were disappointed about bringing sheets and towels. We do share that in the listing to bring your own sheets and towels or use a rental linen company. We also have extras available if folks forget or have an issue.

Great property—the location can’t be beat! Easy walk to oak bluffs downtown! Bus stops in-front of condo to explore the rest of the island! View of the ocean is great! Kitchen is stocked well for meals! Air conditioning really helped during the hot July weekend! Beds were comfortable and communication with host was excellent! Would absolutely recommend this property!

Great stay. The condo was exactly as described, very clean, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Ample parking. Perfect location, great view of beach right acoss the street and close to everything. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and look forward to renting again.

Highly Recommend – Amazing Location!Our family of 3 stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience.Location: Unbeatable. Right across from the beach and bike trail, and a quick 5-minute walk to the ferry and Circuit Ave.The Space: Clean, spacious, and the 2 separate bedrooms were perfect for us. Good kitchen setup (though we didn't cook).The Host: Donna was incredibly pleasant and responsive.

Location!! Location!! Location!! Directly across the street from Inkwell Beach!! What a great feeling to wake up to that sunrise!! We definitely enjoyed our stay and its within walking distance of EVERYTHING!! The Oak Bluffs Ferry terminal is even a quick 5 minute walk. It’s an all around 10/10 for me!! We will be back!!

The condo was in a perfect location. It’s across the street from Inkwell Beach & walking distance to Circuit Ave. We didn’t have a car but there was a small parking lot that wasn’t full. The kitchen was updated & well equipped. It was very convenient having a washer & dryer in the unit and beach chairs. The host was very responsive & check in/out were seamless. A few things need to be updated: the cushion on patio furniture is ripped with the stuffing coming out, the ironing board is broken & not usable, and the bathrooms need to be completely renovated. At the very least, replace the shower curtain rods. They’re partially white but also rusted. The chair outside the front door is rusted & should be thrown out. The host told me to order sheets & towels but it turns out the condo had them. We loved our time on Martha’s Vineyard & how easy it was to get around the Island from this condo.
