This is an absolutely gorgeous house and property. Perfect for a multi-generational gathering. In addition, the owner and property manager have thoughtfully arranged every detail to ensure the maximum comfort of the guests. We will definitely be returning!!

A lovely stay!

We had a great time in Paradise Valley. The house was comfortable and spacious, and the outside space was a lush oasis in the middle of the desert! A gem.

A property with unending activity options

The house is beautiful, kitchen is well equipped and so comfortable BUT the outdoor space is AWeSOME!! Pool, hot tub, patios, dining table, lounge chairs, pickleball court, fire pit huge lawn, fresh lemon and orange trees galore!!!

Perfect getaway home for a family or five couples

This home has wonderfully luxurious accommodations and the most comfortable beds... all five of them! It was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom - plenty of room for all ten of us to spread out. The backyard is quite entertaining - great for swimming, pickle ball, and croquet tournaments. The citrus orchard is plus - we enjoyed fresh-squeezed juice every day. It was a fabulous house, and we would certainly rent it again!

EVEN BETTER THAN THE PICTURES

This house is AWESOME! I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Each room has it's own bathroom, perfect for large groups. The pool and backyard are incredible and the whole place was impeccably clean. There is strong attention to detail that you don't always see in rentals -i.e. a bin with throw blankets in the living room, quality serveware in the kitchen, starter basics (paper towels, tin foil, soap.), game cabinet and more! Maureen, our point of contact, was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions/needs. The pictures make this place look beautiful, but it's even better in person! Great location as well - close to Camelback Mountain, Trader Joes, & Old Town! Can't wait to return here one day!

Beautiful home and property

This is a truly beautiful home. It was very clean and the pool and outdoors were gorgeous. The only problem we encountered, which was a big one, was scorpions. When it was one, it was somewhat understandable, but there were about 8 we encountered INSIDE the home. Most seem to have crawled out of the vents in the bathrooms, two were in the eating area. As adults, we can somewhat safely deal with them, but trying to make sure a 3 year old keeps her shoes on was a challenge. And honestly, going to bed at night was not fun. We all checked and double checked everything. It was a pain in the neck. We ran into a neighbor out walking and they asked about our stay and how we liked the area, we asked about scorpions inside the house, and they were surprised. They said if you spray regularly, it's not an issue. They have lived in the immediate area for four years and in that time have only had 2-3 get in around a door. We had 2 per day! The owners/managers need to get on this. If an adult is stung, it's usually not a big deal, but when a child or older adult is stung it can be serious, they need to head to the emergency room. So that really put a damper on things. We have rented homes in AZ many times, this was the first time we ever had scorpions IN the house. As a matter of fact, this was the first time we ever saw any! It was disappointing as I specifically asked if the property was regularly sprayed for scorpions. If this has been an issue in the past, it would have been nice for them to disclose this if they had known. They did have their pest control person come out and spray again while we were gone, but I don't think it did any good, they were still there. The home appears to be about 20 years old or so, they need to have it inspected, sprayed, and some holes and worn spots in the insulation around the doors needs to be replaced.

Fabulous home - Fun for everyone

I almost didn’t post a review cause I want to keep this house for our family to return to again and again. Location was great - about 20 minutes to just about anywhere. The house was spacious and super well- appointed. Great kitchen for cooking too. The backyard is unbelievable- sport court, pool, fire pit, chaise lounges, dining area, and a small orchard. We picked fresh lemons for our drinks! Our teenaged boys didn’t want to explore Arizona — they just wanted to hang out at the house and play in the backyard. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect House for a Family Trip

Beautiful house with everything we needed. Only disappointment was the pool heat was more than expected but if a trip to the area returns this would still be the first house I will look to get. Everything was painless for check in and check out and any questions were answered quickly. Pictures do not show how beautiful the house and grounds are and near anything you would need.

Lovely home!! There were eight adults and one two year old. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom including our granddaughter!! We used Sweetpea rentals for a crib and also a hiking pack for her and that worked out great. We cooked in a lot because it was much easier than going out with our two year old in tow 😁 We definitely made use of the grill and the pool. Also the house is in a great location. Really easy to hike Camelback Mountain and nearby to Old Town which has quite a few nice restaurants. Definitely recommend this house if you are traveling with a group.

Just Perfect! One of our best vacation homes ever!

What a wonderful house! We felt like we just stepped into those beautiful online photos. There is so much space - we had three families including two small children. There is ample seating in every room for all to gather while offering just that right amount of privacy in each bedroom with it's own private bath. The kitchen is fully and nicely equipped with lovely accessories and spacious too. We cooked inside and out enjoying the upscale appliances and the outdoor grill is fabulous! This is not just a rental but feels like a home. The outside is beautifully landscaped with a very large swimming pool and "comfy" lounge chairs to soak up the sun. Great large lawn for croquet and a sports court too! The location is in a quiet upscale neighborhood but just minutes away from restaurants, great shopping and golf courses galore ( Top Golf too). We are seasoned VRBO travelers and would consider this to be one of the best vacation homes we have rented. We look forward to staying again. We also found the owner to be so accommodating and Maureen just could not have been more attentive and responded quickly to any question. Truly a great place to stay and enjoy Scottsdale.

This property was perfect for our family! The floor plan couldn't have been better as everything was on one floor with separate wings. Everything was immaculate upon arrival and beds/linens were very comfortable! The outdoor area of the property couldn't have been better. The pool/spa was spotless and huge, all of the outdoor furniture was lovely, the sport court with all of the additional amenities and the landscape made us want to stay longer! We will definitely be back as this location was just a few miles from the best shopping/dining Scottsdale has to offer.

Each detail in this lovely space is beautifully architected. From the gracious entry to the common areas in the kitchen and family area to the privacy in each of the bedrooms, it is well planned and appointed for comfort and luxury. The back yard is an oasis and a playground. The fact that it is situated so close to everything is an extra bonus. I LOVED hiking Camelback, and exploring the amenities nearby.

Perfect family vacation rental

Everything about this property is perfect! The floor plan was great for our family and the decor was lovely. The beds were so comfortable and it was very clean. The outside is an oasis and the kids loved all of the amenities including sport court and pool. The location couldn’t be better. A few miles in any direction leads you to excellent shopping and dining. We will definitely be back!

This house has it all. The location could not be better for golf, shopping, hiking...really anything in and around Phoenix. We found we never left the property for long. The kids were on the sport court when not in the most amazing pool. The family room/kitchen area was a huge hit with plenty of room for our two families plus grandparents. The bedrooms were so comfortable and welcome after a big day of travel. This is a perfect property for an annual family get together. We're coming back soon!

This property is spectacular! We loved the pool and the serenity of the yard. The fresh grapefruit, lemons, and oranges were so fun to pick and enjoy! Camelback Mountain is a short walk away for a beautiful hike, as is walking in the neighborhood if you do not want to do a hike. The location is convenient to restaurants and golf and other fun activities. We will definitely be back!
