Inside, our estate is equally as impressive. The designer desert modern paradise has an open floor plan which allows for plenty of space to relax and unwind, while the gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream come true. With top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of counter space, you'll have everything you need for an incredible meal.

Head outside this incredible estate to the backyard oasis. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, relax in the hot tub, enjoy a barbecue on the patio, or play some mini golf - all with spectacular panoramic views of Camelback Mountain and the Praying Monk. With plenty of seating and plenty of shade, it's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views.

When it's time to retire for the night, retreat to one of the luxurious bedrooms. Each room is tastefully decorated with amazing amenities.

Providing superior amenities which include concierge service, heated pool (for an extra fee), hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor expansive patio, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, multiple guest suites and more! This sanctuary will remind you of walking into a serene spa. Its desert modern ambiance brings about a sense of peace and relaxation for all those who visit.

Pet Policy: We allow up to 2 dogs max. Sorry, no cats. Must be less than 25 lbs each and a $250 fee per dog is required upfront.

Heated Pool: Please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice for added pool heat. Pool heat is an additional $125 per night of your stay. See below for more details.

The Space
The entire home is available during your stay, including the garage. There is a step into the home and a few throughout the home as well. The garage doesn't have a garage door opener, but does have a code to enter and a button to open inside the garage. This home is located on the side of a mountain, so you may see wildlife during your stay. Please keep trash in the garage to avoid critters getting into it.

Other things to note
You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $5,000 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
Relax and Enjoy Stay: It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under Waivo!

The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay, are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.

POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so will result in a $250 fine for damages

No parties, photo or film shoots (commercial photography) weddings, retreats, etc.
Please note... If you want the pool to be heated to 84 degrees, it will be an extra $75 per night booked.

Setting the temp above 90 degrees will damage the pool equipment, changing the temp manually during your stay will result in a $250 fine. This will need to be requested at least 48 hours advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it.

No lifeguards will be on duty.
Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.
