We want every guest to have a peaceful, enjoyable stay. Please review these guidelines:

~No pets – reservations will be canceled if pets are found, with potentially no refund or a fee if found out after the reservation has ended.
~No smoking inside (outdoor smoking is okay, please keep smoking away from the front porch furniture & putting green). No marijuana or illegal drugs inside or outside on the property in accordance with the law.
~Alcohol - Supplying or providing alcohol to anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited on the property in accordance with the law
~Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM –this is a city ordinance
~Registered guests only – no unapproved visitors or overnight stays
~Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or the indoor fireplace. Cameras are intended for guest and property safety, not intended to infringe on guest privacy.
~Safety Please only use the authorized space heater provided (for guest safety).
~Make sure to completely turn off propane tanks after using the fire pit table and grill.
