Pick this one for your stay! This house appeared to recently be someone's home, so it has EVERYTHING needed for cooking, laundry, and having a delightful stay. The backyard was securely enclosed for our dogs and there were pet bowls and anything a pet owner might need while traveling. Covered parking was nice. The beds were comfortable, showers had good water pressure, and the AC was cold. Quiet, peaceful, and conveniently located. Definitely would stay here again. Note to owner: please check water pressure in guest bath sink faucet.

This property is clean and well equipped with a master and two other nice bedrooms. Very good for a small family and pet friendly. The host is very responsive to communication which can be very important. We were checking in at night, around 6:00 pm. Needed to just drop off things, then get to a dinner reservation. There was some kind of glitch such that the code did not work initially. I contacted the host, wondering if she would would be responsive that time of night. I heard right back by text, then call and we got in without much delay.For those who don't know Lubbock, this home is "central" in that, in Lubbock, there are places you might be going to the north, south, east and west, and the distances and navigation to most anything will be about the same, no matter what direction.
