This location checked all the important boxes--location was stellar--we walked to many of our preferred activities--the host was accessible and communicated clearly and in timely manner at each point--and the property was extremely clean and well maintained--there were enough plugs and lighting to read, which we appreciated! We would gladly stay here again!

Property was great - neat, clean, and perfect location. Kitchen is well stocked, towels and linens were all ready. I would definitely stay here again.Property manager was easy to work with, and she was very prompt with sending any needed messages.

This was the most updated and clean rental ever! And the most thoughtful for pets. Our dog LOVED the fenced in yard and complementary covers and bowls. Would highly recommend. The location is next to everything!

The house was clean and nice - with a fenced in yard for our little dogs, which was perfect. It was also located within a 10 minute walk of our favorite restaurant Red Ginger and the rest of the downtown area. Great location!!

Great couple of days here visiting Asheville with our senior dog. Dedicated parking on the driveway and the private backyard are certainly pluses. Slight uphill walk into downtown Asheville and then everything you need for a night out is there. Convenient to hop back on the interstate if needed.

We loved how minimal and functional and beautiful the house was! It was so amazing to have hot air warming me up before and after a shower. The bed was so comfy, I could sleep for days and the porch was fantastic. We had the best walkable experience from downtown to downtown and it was private and peaceful. I would be so happy to be able to stay again at 75 Cherry St. thank you so much for hosting us, we really value and appreciate it!!

Here are a few short options depending on the vibe you prefer:Option 1 (Concise & Direct) Fantastic Stay! This place was spotless and felt brand new. The host was wonderfully communicative and responsive throughout our trip. You can’t beat the location—it's an easy walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Plus, the fenced backyard was ideal for our dog! We would love to stay here again. Option 2 (Short & Punchy) Perfect Getaway! Beautiful, spotlessly clean, and felt completely brand new. Host communication was seamless from start to finish. We loved being able to walk right into downtown for food and shopping, and our dog absolutely loved having a safe, fenced backyard to run around in. Highly recommend! Option 3 (Ultra-Short / Mobile-Friendly) 10/10 Experience!Super clean, fresh, and updated property. The host was extremely helpful and easy to reach. Amazing location within walking distance to downtown shops and dining, and the fully fenced backyard was a huge hit with our pup. Would definitely return!

This was perfect! We’ve stayed in many places on our 2 week road trip and this was by far the best. The location is perfect for walking to grocery stores and all the fun action downtown. The unit had everything we could need or want to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was clan and private and we felt very safe. I will rec to anyone traveling to this area, and book myself if I find myself back.

This place was absolutely perfect in all the ways possibly. Location, time, cleanliness, accommodations for my dog, fenced in yard with cute little deck and table, private parking, recently remodeled and very tasteful decor. We absolutely loved it and will stay here next time we come to Asheville. Unfortunately this is the only pic took but we also enjoyed our very cute neighbor! lol
