Located just a short walk from Pieve di Tremosine, a picturesque village on Lake Garda, the property offers a peaceful setting surrounded by breathtaking scenery. From the house, you can enjoy spectacular views of Lake Garda, the olive groves, and the impressive Monte Baldo mountain range. Experience the authentic flavors of Tremosine, renowned for its local products, and explore the beautiful nature reserve that surrounds the area.
The house Villa Mare di Luci with a private saltwater infinity pool is located 390 m above Gardalake and therefore offers a unique view by day and night. You reach the beaches by car within 25 minutes.
Tremosine offers a wide range of walks. Some can get started directly from the house. The walk to the lake takes about one 1 hour downhill and offers spectacular views.
The house is spread over two floors and offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, arranged as follows :
groundfloor: one bedroom with lake view with bathroom ensuite, one bedroom with an extra toilette, kitchenette and living room with fantastic lake view, roofed terrace with outdoor lounge
firstfloor: one bedroom with lake view with bathroom ensuite, two bedrooms which share one bathroom. kitchen and living room with lake views, grand terrace with fantastic lake view, flat screen TV

Parking possibilities for up to 3 cars
Restaurants and Supermarkets can be reached by footwalk within 10 minutes.

Family holiday near Lake Garda

Beautiful views from the balconies. Lovely swimming pool. Note no washing machine, so need to be prepared to do handwashing of clothes if that is a need.

Nice place with beautiful landscape

Villa is located on the mountain so you have wonderfull view to the lake though traveling around is a bit complicated. The pool next to villa is just perfect! The only things which we missed during out 9 nights stay were airconditioner and washing maschine

Herrliche Aussicht

Tolle Lage oberhalb des Sees mit spektakulärer Aussicht. Tennisplätze direkt nebenan ( Hotel) nutzbar, schöne Mountainbike Touren in der näheren Umgebung. Großzügig geschnittenes Haus mit neuen Bädern. Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
