The host was great, location was good and apartment was nice and clean and beds were comfortable. Curtains for windows in the bedrooms would be nice as outdoor security lights were very bright. Additional suggestions for improvement would be hangers for clothes in closets and hooks for hanging coats in open closet nook in hallway.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
BE ALERT! This was the worst rental experience we have ever had. The photos on the listing seemed misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property.We stayed for less than 15 minutes before leaving to book a nearby hotel.Cleanliness: The apartment was filthy upon arrival. The walls were dirty, the floors were covered in hair and sand, and the couch had multiple noticeable stains. The entire unit also had a strong, unpleasant smell.Safety & Layout: The unit is a garden-level basement apartment in an unfamiliar area where my wife and three children felt unsafe. The entrance doors resembled those of a warehouse.Comfort & Amenities: Seating was extremely sparse, with only five small wooden and metal chairs. The bathrooms were tiny and cramped.We documented the condition of the space with photos and videos for our records.
