The middle bedroom has a full gym and office. Amenities include AC, full-size washer and dryer, large terrace overlooking the golf course with amazing sunsets, Cable and WIFI as well as Flat Screen TV's in every room and an electric fireplace...
There is parking on-site and a community pool. Publix Supermarket is a short walk, and Walgreens, Walmart and several restaurants as welk as The Pomp Casino is a short drive. The beach is a 15 minute drive. Las Olas Blvd is less than a 20 minute drive. This excellent property offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. THE APARTMENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR A 1 month or 3 MONTH RENTAL starting between December 20th and January 10th....If for 3 months, a full application and board approval will be necessary.

Our Month stay was fantastic. Everything is as advertised. Beautiful apt with all the trims. Rob the Host was great, very responsive. Place was very clean and plenty of extras. Bldg was very clean & the area well maintained.
