We had an outstanding stay, and the property far exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly thoughtful, starting with a wonderful welcome gift on arrival.The home was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we could possibly need—plenty of soap, shampoo, beach towels, and even a beach umbrella ready to go. What really set this place apart was the stress-free checkout; it was refreshing to not have a long list of departure chores like stripping beds.Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-managed from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

From the moment we arrived to the day we left we loved our experience at Peacock Place. Very well provisioned from plenty of stemware choices, Kleenex, tp, etc. Super convenient to beaches and Las Olas shops and restaurants! We will be back!

Perfectly homey vacation spot

Nice stay in a quiet home

We enjoyed our stay. The house has everthing you need, from furniture to salt and pepper. We stayed with three adults, one teenager snd one child and used it as a base to explore Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

The house was perfect for a friend's trip. Thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need and more. The peacocks that roam the neighborhood were an unexpected bonus. The host went above and beyond to return an item that was left. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Time very comfortable

Just to let everyone know that this place was fantastic very clean and very comfortable. The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I would recommend staying there as there is entertainment every morning with the peacocks and roster in the street across the road. We had a fantastic time there just chilling out.

Delightful stay!

Great little house packed with useful amenities ...from coffepots, ice, plenty of plates and glasses, several seating areas both in- and outside, and comfy beds. The neighborhood peahens and peacocks visiting added to our delight. Parking was easy and convenient and the location was convenient to every place we visited. Would love to visit again

Great host! Great place!

My family really enjoyed our time at Richard's home. He was a great host and was super-fast in all his communications with us. He pretty much thought of everything - including beach chairs and towels and toys that really made things a lot easier for our family. Location was really good too!.

Week stay in central Fort Lauderdale

Richard was a great host -- accommodating us in a very comfortable house! He kept in contact with us during the entire stay to make sure that all was well and to help us with any challenges. We will rent from Richard in our future trips to Fort Lauderdale!
