The home offers four queen bedrooms—two on the main floor and two upstairs—plus a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Enjoy friendly competition at the pool table, cook up something delicious on the gas grill, or unwind on the expansive deck with a soothing hot tub.
Conveniently located in the heart of Deep Creek Lake, Relaxation Ridge keeps you close to all the area's top attractions—from Wisp Resort and the lake's marinas to local restaurants, shops, and outdoor adventures. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a couples' retreat, or a weekend away with friends, Relaxation Ridge offers the ideal setting to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.
This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). This home does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using guest's own account. Be advised that this home has an exterior camera. Max. parking spaces: 4
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. No pets allowed in any home that is not specifically listed as Pet Friendly. All Pet Friendly homes have a 2 dog limit; all other animals are prohibited
WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies, beach towels. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for home's max occupancy.)
WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].
