Needs updating and maintenance

Unfortunately, this unit is about 10 years past due on updating. Biggest concern was the leaking sliding doors.

HI Ross, Thanks for taking the time to review Sandbar S3. We have made the homeowner aware of the issue regarding the leaking sliding doors as well as your suggestion to update the unit. It is an older townhome and the homeowner has done some things over the years to keep it up but we will pass along your comments to them. Unfortunately when we have storms like Tropical Storm Cristobal, it is hard to keep the wind driven rain out of the houses. We did make a work order for maintenance to take a look and see if we can get it more secured so water does not come in again. Thanks for staying with us and we hope we get to see you again soon!
