The bathroom on the 1st floor needs some updating. But we had a great time & only a few steps from the ocean!

The house was super clean and right on the beach. Check in information was sent several times before we got there ensuring we had all the information we needed. They checked in over our long weekend and again at checkout. Nice quiet relaxing weekend.

Wonderful place right on the beach and very private. The house was adequate for our stay with great shower pressure. It also had great AC! We enjoyed seeing dolphins. We also were able to catch a small shark and stingray. It was an amazing trip and we would stay here again.

Clean, clean, clean! Fantastic location, excellent communication, and enough room for everyone. Literally right on the beach! Our family of 6 stayed and had plenty of room. Mattresses were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, and seperate balconies gave us all the quiet time we needed. Will definitely return! Added bonus: beach was quiet and the people were so friendly!

Quiet Getaway

Loved being right on the beach and not having a lot of people around… The townhouse was nice & clean. Communication with the property management was very prompt when we needed anything. Definitely recommend staying at Point A!

Beach vacation

Came to Fort Morgan and Gulf Shores area for anniversary trip. Location was directly on Fort Morgan beach, very accessible and great communication with host. House was very clean.

Steps to the beach!

We will forever be spoiled by the easy access to the beach. Literally steps!!! With kids from ages 6-16 it made it sooo nice for them to come and go from the house to the beach! We made soo many memories here and the house was clean and just what we needed!

The mildew smell would choke you. My husband is highly susceptible and stayed sick the entire vacation. Someone needs to check on the mold mildew issue. Overall the location. And home placement was great

So happy about this stay. The location was amazing. The property was dog-friendly which was a plus. Everything was clean & the check-in/out process was easy & simple. Even though the property is dog friendly, it has been maintained very well. No past animals odors detected. We could occasionally smell cigarette smoke on a couple of the chairs in the living room but otherwise, odor free. There are stairs leading up to the entrance, down to the beach, & to two of the bedrooms but I didn’t mind. Might be hard on an elderly animal/person but once inside, the first floor has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, deck—all the things you really need. Such a relaxing environment. No big condos around so less people and more chill. The beach is only a few steps away and we enjoyed sitting on the deck with the ocean view minus the sand a couple of days. Very pleased & already looking to book at this location again!

Family spring break

Great location. Lots of towels! For a family of 5, three full baths was a huge bonus over the usual two and a half for a rental this size. Had to buy a new hose for the Beach shower to replace the one that had been patched with duct tape and was we can everywhere. That was really the only hiccup. Otherwise a fantastic stay overall.
