House exceeded all expectations! It was perfect for our family vacation. I'd say great distance from the beach, incredibly clean, and had any and everything we needed! We rented a golf cart to get to beach access 5 a little easier and the house had all the beach day necessities. Truly a great home, would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Bonita Springs
