About this property

Charming 3-bedroom house on the edge of town in pleasant Petoskey

My little nest should have everything you need to relax, visit, sightsee, hike, shop, rest and play. I am on the edge of the town limit... literally the edge:) I have access to 4mi wooded hiking trails, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and charming downtown Petoskey all within 5-10 min walk.

As for outside there is a back wooded area to wander, an outdoor pingpong table, basketball hoop, hammock stands, tree swing, hot tub, fire-pit, elevated deck and sound system outside for entertainment. Inside you will have access to more SONOS sound system, Netflix/Prime/AppleTV, playstation VR, Nespresso, Vitamix blender, induction stovetop. The bathrooms have Kiehl bath products, and dryer or Dyson hair dryers.

You are welcome to bring your dog, she/he will love it here too:) Just be careful of the local backyard deer and owl hanging out.

Great location for walking downtown. Beds were very comfortable. Our family loved spending the evenings around the fire pit. Property back area is wooded enough that we could sit on deck and watch the deer and rabbits in the yard. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. We loved our stay.
