Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All used laundry can be placed in the shower/bathtub.
Trash is to be taken out and placed in the outside trash can bin at the end of your stay or when needed. Thursday night the outside bin will be moved to the curb by property manager.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This property stands out in this neighborhood because many of the current neighbors knew the previous owner before they passed. They have loved to visit the home and see what we were able to do to upgrade the home and make beautiful again.
