Nice, quaint little cottage in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and looked exactly like in the pictures. Front yard was great for the dogs. Unfortunately the large amount of rain Topeka got during our stay made utilizing the fenced back yard impossible, but that is no fault of the host. Beds were super comfortable!

Seth is a fabulous host! Quick response and very accommodating. We had everything we needed and our cats were cozy! Wish it hadn't been so hot so we could.have enjoyed the screen porch.The king size bed is super comfy! Slept really well. Quiet neighborhood!

Don’t believe the other reviews on this property. The fenced yard for our dog had knee deep weeds, the deck was unusable, the fire pit had over grown weeds, over all this place was the worse VRBO we have ever booked.

This location is quiet and a great place to stay. This is our 2nd time staying here and this is the first place I look for to see if available when coming to Topeka Ks. Love the screened in porch while drinking my morning coffee.

Outside areas weren't cleared off very well which made it hard to not track in stuff. The house was clean and worked well for us. Well equipt except silverware. The only thing was the Internet was very unreliable most likely a router issue..

Pleasant Stay

I booked this VRBO for my brother and his family who was in town for a birthday party. The VRBO was clean, in a safe location and exactly how it was featured on the website.
