You’ll find easy, direct 1604 access that’s within 10 minutes of SeaWorld and 12 minutes to Lackland Air Force Base!

Starbucks, H-E-B, Costco, Walmart, Kohls, HomeGoods, Chilis—a variety of shopping and dining options are right around the corner. The famous 1604 Cantina Food Truck Park is within walking distance!

The main floor offers a master suite and laundry. Two additional bedrooms and a loft with workout and office space are upstairs. Pets are part of the family! Bring yours, there’s even a doggy door to the fenced backyard.

Upstairs you’ll also find a bookshelf for a book exchange if you are so inclined and a patch wall in the loft if you have a Velcro patch you’d like to leave behind (aimed at military guests, but any patch is welcome).

There’s also a guest book in the dining room if you’d like to leave a little message about your trip.

The house was clean, in a good area and very spacious. We brought our own towels and essentials but if you didn’t bring your own there’s some provided for you. Check in and check out was smooth, quick and easy. We had a great time

I know what it’s like to graduate from Basic at Lackland and get to see your family for the first time. We would love to be a part of your family’s reunion to celebrate such an inspiring achievement.
