To clarify, there was no water damage or leak. The kitchen issue was a small section of lifted tile that we had proactively disclosed to you at check-in; we specifically informed you there was no leak & you confirmed it was fine. It was repaired immediately after your departure, and a professional inspection confirmed no underlying issues.
We appreciate your note on mattress comfort, as preferences can vary, and we’ll continue to evaluate this. The mention of stray dogs is not something we’ve had reported before, but we will keep an eye on it.
We remain committed to providing a clean and comfortable experience for all guests.
