Extra Large parking lot for boats or ORV trailers, reliable Wi-fi, 1/2 a mile from 500 miles of ATV and snowmobile trails, world class salmon and trout fishing near the Tippy Dam area on the Manistee River. Near the Pine River for Kayaking.

Lots of hiking, biking, and winter ski trails.

Close to Lake Michigan Beaches.

This is an excellent location to be used for all your Up North vacation adventures.



Please understand the sharing description refers to this Suite not the entire duplex. There are no shared doors between the suites. The large back yard is a shared area but the deck and firepit area is dedicated to this Suite. The large parking lot is also a shared space. With Overflow Trailer parking if necessary.



For Larger groups the entire Lodge both Suites, entire property is available for rent by renting the Rustic Hook Lodge. The entire duplex has 12 beds total 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and two full kitchens.
