We bought this ski times unit and remodeled the entire villa.
Its all new
It will be very elegant with granite/mirrors/tile/wood floors
New oversized fireplace with floor to ceiling river rock wall

This villa is close to the ski area, restaurants, bars and stores.
You do have ability to ski out and back
Its right across the street from ski slopes
So the key to me is NO CAR
Walk to ski area and transit/bus downtown
We do have underground parking if u bring your car
