The newly finished lower level adds even more living space (furniture on order) — perfect for movie nights or game time — and two sets of sliding glass doors open directly to the deck and canal. Step outside to enjoy the private dock, ideal for boating, kayaking, or paddle-boarding. In the evening, you can barbecue, and then gather around the fire-pit and watch the sunset over the water. Welcome to our South Bethany home! For over three decades, our family has cherished spending time together in this wonderful town. My husband and his four siblings began coming here in 1982, and what started as small gatherings quickly blossomed into “Cousins Week”, a treasured tradition where more than 40 of us spend a joyful week together at the beach each year.
Living on the West Coast, these reunions have meant the world to our family, helping our children build close bonds with their cousins. Now, we’re proud to be the third sibling from the original five to own a house in South Bethany, with everyone living within five minutes of one another. We purchased this home to continue the “Cousins Week” legacy for our grown children and, one day, for our grandchildren.
