Oceanfront family room and dining. Great outdoor patio with table and chairs. Very quiet community. Gated and only 24 units. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi with a large barbecue area for entertaining. Walking distance right to the water less than five minutes. You can walk to downtown in 5 minutes also. Take the free trolley to the movies at the outlets and shopping. Great restaurants downtown also. 2 parking spaces. Jacuzzi and swimming pool.

The condo was in a great location, right uphill from the San Clemente Pier. The view from the family room and patio was wonderful. It was great to step out on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee and listen to the waves. Rita was very responsive and helpful with everything.
