Very spacious (219 m2) contemporary apartment in a low level 51 unit award winning luxury development. This hillside apartment has a huge balcony area with fantastic views over the Andamen Sea. Both bedrooms are very spacious Kingsize rooms with build in wardrobes. The Master bedroom overlooks the sea and has direct access to the balcony area, and a very high end/luxury en suite. The unit is fully equipped and furnished to a very high specification throughout including advanced lighting and A/C control, large lounge sofa, 42' flatscreen with DVD, dining for 6. balcony furniture, large fridge freezer, and washing machine. The complex has top end communal facilities including pools (1 child pool), spa, and decking area. The site is well maintained throughout including the gardens. There are full concierge, reception, maid and security services available on site. Dedicated parking is available for 1 car. Very close (walk or short drive) to Kata Beach one of the best beach areas in Phuket.

Great property, location, amenities, and complex staff

Owner was very responsive from the day I booked. The condo was exactly as described. I recommend anyone that comes rent transportation to get to and from the condo or plan on tuk tuk rides home. Condo has an amazing view however the walk up the hill is rough. I opted for a scooter which the office had delivered to my door step. Great vacation spot, I will be back.

Gorgeous apartment, outstanding location

Gorgeous apartment, outstanding location, perfect service and stay. The apartment has met your expectations more than the pictures on web site shows. This is a marvelous property, combined with plenty of space and with a fantatstic hillside view over Kata Beach. The apartment is located in a private resort with 24hr secure guard service. Everything is well maintained comparing to a 5-star hotel standard. The apartment has modern equipment on the latest technical standard and is very clean and tidy. The facilitities around the apartment (e.g. pool, fitness room, ...) are as well in fantastic and in perfect conditions. All the staff around was everytime very friendly and helpful. During our stay in beginning of March it was very quiet, we could enjoy the sunset in the spacious pool alone. The rental procedure, payment and all related activities were well organized by the owner itself. On this point, we would like to thank for the perfect and anytime friendly service. We had outstanding holidays in an extraordinary place.
