Thoughtfully designed with mid-century coastal decor, it offers one king suite, one queen bed, and a coastal-themed bedroom with twin over full bunk bed with additional twin trundle rollout. The fully fenced, spacious backyard provides the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation stay in this beautiful home.
Living Room and Kitchen:
-Fully equipped kitchen with essential cooking equipment and utensils, including Nespresso pod coffee maker, slow cooker, small blender, rice cooker.
-Huge kitchen counter with six stools
-Small kitchen table with additional seating for four.
Bathrooms:
-Master bath with walk-in shower
-Full bathroom with tub and shower combo shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.
Outdoor Amenities:
Fully fenced in yard with wood-burning fire pit (guests must bring/purchase own wood if wanting to use fire pit), propane gas grill, and outdoor dining table with seating for six.
Entertainment:
-Children’s puzzles and games.
-Smart TVs: 65” TV in Living Room, and 55” TVs in Bedroom 1, and Bedroom 2.
-Xfinity high speed internet (300 mbps download speed).

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-Out Steps
1. Wash any used dishes/start the dishwasher
2. Place used towels in the washer and start the wash cycle
3. Take all trash and recycling to the outdoor bins by the side of the house
4. Make sure all personal items are packed and no belongings are left behind.
5. Turn off lights, and appliances
6. Lock all doors and windows before leaving.
7. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
