Our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st. Free private parking, located in downtown. We now have an OFFICE with desk and office chair and 1 bedroom with a king bed. Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. we are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site. The interior of this upstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences. including large umbrellas and outside dining table for the perfect meal.
Flat screen TV's in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV. The apartment is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination. The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in which we provide the soap for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils. We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.
So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Perfect location for walking to the historic district of St. Augustine. The apartment was very clean, modern, and perfect for our stay.We will definitely look to stay here again.
The apartment was roomy and very clean. It is close to old St Augustine. If you are fit and able to walk a bit, then you can walk to the old town area. If not, there is a large parking garage in the midst of it all. The property is multi-unit, but we were never bothered by noise. Communication was great with host was great!
The owners were easy to work with. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo was very clean, large, and kitchen was well stocked!! The pool area was beautiful. It was cool during our stay but would be great to use after a day of touring in the warmer months. The location was convenient and quick walk to many restaurants and attractions.
Great location to historic downtown ! Property was clean , great beds and plenty of hot water ! Host was very responsive via online and phone when we had a couple of questions upon arrival. Washer and dryer was a plus ! Our parking was designated and no issues with it! We mostly walked! Would definitely rent again from them !

The apartment was perfect, just what we needed! It was so clean and cozy and quiet! The perfect getaway, we will recommend it to our friends and plan to be back again!
We had a ball! The property was wonderful! Best towels of any VRBO we’ve stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked. We could walk just about everywhere. We would totally stay here again and recommend this place to others.
The location was perfect for everything we did would like to see a deep freeze in the basement for putting fish in for the guys that like to go fishing no sharp knives in the place but overall a very good stay

I really appreciate it, but am wondering if the review was intended for another host maybe someone on the beach?
I am saying this, since we don’t have a basement as you are referring to. And being located right downtown St. Augustine, we are not really catering to the fishing community either and rarely to never see any fishermen as guests.

Owners Kirsten and Michael have been married for 35 years and have two wonderful children, Karen and Thomas. We have been fortunate and had the opportunity to live in many different places throughout the US and overseas. Finally, we decided to retire and settle in St. Augustine.
Why they chose this property
The fully renovated apartments and central location was attractive for us as we were looking at various properties. St. Augustine has a festive atmosphere and is full of happy vacationers which we really like, but for us the possibility for an active lifestyle with ample opportunity to walk and bike safely all over the city has been the greatest incentive to purchase a home in this area.
