Took over 40mins to check in since check in instructions were not sent prior to my arrival and it was hard to get in contact with host. King bed sheets were not clean enough, found hair in the bed and a small stain on top comforter. The feathers in the pillows/comforter mad me itch so I think I'm allergic. Im guessing the guest who stayed before me left some items behind so I didn’t touch those things. Cleaned up what I used and brought with me. Everything was convenient. My first time visiting Philly and it was a nice experience.
