Each bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom and there's an extra half bathroom. Enjoy mornings on the beach searching for shark's teeth and shells, then unwind by the shaded private pool in the afternoon.
The den and living room have been recently renovated, featuring new flooring, fresh paint, and updated furnishings. The den features two new oversized chairs and pull-out Queen sofa. Living Room has a sectional sofa and oversized chair.

We're a Midwest couple that loves the area. We have been coming to the area for many years. We love watching the sunrise over Lemon Bay and watching the sunset over the Gulf.
Why they chose this property
We love the "Old Florida" feel. We like that there are just a few units in the condo complex. The Association has worked very hard to bring back the greenery and get the complex back into tip top shape after both hurricanes.
We love the sidewalks to run or walk on and the restaurants and bars within walking distance, OR call Stumpy's Shuttle!

What makes this property unique
There is plenty of space to spread out. The private en-suite bathrooms are so nice. Everyone has their own bedroom suite! Perfect for adult children or couples trips! The bedrooms are located down the hall from the living room and den so if people go to bed a different times, it's quiet in the bedrooms. All the south-facing windows bring in the sunshine and it's so fun to watch the sunrise over Lemon Bay and watch the boats on the Gulf!
