The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The gate code is 010. The gate remote can be located in the kitchen drawer labeled "GATE REMOTE" There will be a $250 fee charged for a lost or stolen remote, so remember to put it back at check out.
Groups establish a gate remote plan. I will NOT be responsible for opening/closing the gate check in
CHECK OUT IS 10 am SHARP. Late check out is offered@1pm for $75.
Please do not park in the driveway. Visitor parking is located directly across the street from the unit.
No Smoking inside the house ($250 charge if smoking occurs)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
