Just a few houses down, guests can enjoy a spacious community greenspace- perfect for kids to play, picnic, or unwind after a day at the beach and pool. The home includes EV charging capabilities and parking for up to three vehicles, blending both comfort and convenience in a prime 30A location.
THE HOME
First Floor
Enjoy an open-concept living and kitchen area with plenty of seating, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious layout designed for gathering. The first floor also includes a large ensuite master bedroom with a walk-in shower, offering both comfort and privacy.

Upstairs, you’ll find a second master ensuite with a large walk-in shower and a screened-in balcony porch overlooking the pool and Scenic 30A. This level also includes a king bedroom, a bunk room with six twin bunks, and another full bathroom. A common area features a small kitchenette, TV, and queen sleeper sofa, plus a laundry room for convenience.
*All bedrooms include smart TVs with streaming capabilities (guests must use their own login credentials).
OUTDOOR OASIS
Enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with doors opening from the kitchen and living area to your own private- heated pool. The space also features an outdoor kitchenette and grill, perfect for poolside dining and relaxing after a day at the beach.
