This private 2 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit is situated away from most of the other units (no one on either side or above), has a soaring two-story ceiling with a wall of windows in the living area offering plenty of natural light and is literally a 50 foot walk to the lift. Guests love the serenity of the quiet wooded backdrop and the nearby mountain stream in the summer.
The unit is finely decorated and has all the amenities, including a spacious open floor plan with in-floor radiant heat, brand new LED flat screen TVs in the living area and both bedrooms, private deck, gas fireplace, washer/dryer in the unit, luxury bedding, plenty of storage space, 2 Xbox 360 game systems with assortment of games and movies, Netflix & Hulu subscriptions, an assortment of family board games, books and puzzles, and a stereo system with an ipod dock.

Great property with a ton of amenities and all types of convenience. Whether catching the Free Ride buses, the lift or walking to town, easy to get anything done.
The condo was in great shape / new / clean / modern condition. We only had a couple of minor issues that were promptly addressed. The condo served our family vacation needs very well.
However, check-in communication could have been more efficient. It was lacking and confusing between the use of Expedia, the Vrbo app, the owner, the management company, and different emails and text messages. Also, a primary reason for our choosing this condo was the close proximity to Snowflake lift and 4 o’clock run. However, after we began skiing using Snowflake, at the end of the day after we started down on 4 o’clock run, we found that the major lower portion of the run was closed. We ended up having to remove our skis and hike a mile-long nature trail to get back to the condo. That wasn’t the condo’s fault, but a heads up about this would have been very helpful.
Beautiful upscale condo with high end furniture & amenities! This will be the only place we stay in the future. Location to lift is literally a stone throws away. Heated in building garage was the cherry on the top along with building amenities of a high end resort. All around could never have had a better experience!!!

Great location for ski in and ski out. Good space for family. Heated parking garage and ski lockers are great. Could use some updates like with intermittent fireplace only on for a few minutes. Couldn’t find remote for primary bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped and there’s even a washer and dryer.
Only a few feet away from the bottom of snowflake lift. You could also take the 4 o’clock run all the way back to the condo after a day on the slopes. It looked like all the kitchen appliances were new. There were some areas that could use a good cleaning. Ceiling fan was very dusty.

Hi thanks for your stay and review. I’ll pass along the cleaning comments to the cleaning company. We typically do a deep cleaning in the spring but unfortunately builds up after a year. We’ll consider doing the deep cleaning in the fall or twice a year instead.
We just returned home after an amazing time in Breck. The proximity of the ski lift to the villa doesn't get better than this. The lift was never busy compared to some of the others and the lift is literally steps away from the door to the complex. The heated parking garage and lockers for your gear made our mornings really easy and convenient to get to the slopes right at opening. Kitchen was well equipped, and the puzzles and games kept us occupied in the evenings. We walked to the Breckenridge Brewery which was less than a mile and was much easier than finding a parking spot. Overall beautiful villa with a perfect location. Would definitely book again!

Nice condo, good location, bad management
July 4th weekend
We got to the condo after picking up the keys from Pinnacle Management and the keys did not work. We called and waited for 45 minutes for the person to bring working keys. The VRBO listing advertised 3 DirecTVs in the condo and the only DirecTV was in the living room which did not work for the entire 5 days.
2 different management companies for Riverbend could not get it working after several attempts. The 2 other TV's in the 2 bedrooms were not DirecTV but some poor excuse for cable. We emailed the owner who was not made aware of the situation. He refunded 20% of the original 6 night total, even though we had arranged with Pinnacle well in advance of our arrival date to stay 5 nights. Management had not informed him of the 5 instead of 6 night stay either.
Even WITH the partial refund we still ended up paying for more than 5 nights.
There WAS a photo on the VRBO listing showing a false exterior view of the condo with a caption that claimed that the windows were the owner's living room windows with views of slopes and mountains. It was not their condo's windows which overlook the driveway entrance and 4 O'Clock Road. They have since changed that caption that now reads Tyra Riverbend, but the photo is still there.

Our building uses magnetic key cards which can occasionally be demagnetized when placed next to magnets (ie, computer hd's and cellphones). Pinnacle Lodging is a great management company. Unfortunately the keys were needed after hours which of course takes additional time for the staff to arrive with new keys. Tyra Riverbend will be upgrading their lock system to keypad locks this fall.
We did and do apologize for the inconvenience of having the cable tv unavailable but as with anything electronic, it may malfunction without warning or delinquencies of our own. The maintenance staff and cable technicians were there almost every day troubleshooting and it was finally discovered that the issue was with the cabling behind the walls which was fixed.
Our refund policy is 30 days notice for any changes to stay. The changes were made with less than 2 weeks to reduce the stay by 1 night over the 4th of July weekend. The guests comments with regards to the refund are incorrect, we actually refunded MORE than one nights stay, despite our 30 day no refund policy--the guests received a $300 credit which is 27%. As a result the guests actually paid less than 5 nights because of the $300 credit. After further conversation we attempted to work with the guests by offering an additional $100 (for a total of $400), which they declined, demanding a 50% refund for the cable TV malfunction (Netflix and other formats were still operational). It is the property manager's policy to refund up to one night due to similar inconveniences. We felt that we went above and beyond this and tried to do our best to come to a satisfactory resolution.
The photo that the guest mentioned is a correct photo of our master bedroom window and balcony (in the top left corner). It may be difficult to recognize which unit is ours. The intention of the photo is also to give one an idea of the buildings (there are two buildings that make up Tyra Riverbend) and surroundings. The photo is taken from the street and the driveway to the building can be slightly seen in the photo on the left.
It's unfortunate that the cable service was inoperable during their stay and that they based their 50% refund on its availability which seemed to us as unreasonable. I hope the guests were still able to enjoy the Rockies and all of the amenities offered by the beautiful town of Breckenridge over the 4th of July.
Great location, walking distance to downtown and right next to the snowflake lift. The driveway was always clear of snow and the heated garage was a big plus with easy storage for skis. The steam room, sauna and hot tubs were very nice! Used every night!! The condo had plenty of room and new appliances. The beds were also comfy! Gas fireplace was great to come back to after skiing! Awesome condo!!

What a wonderful way to experience Breckinridge! The accommodation was clean, and bright! We love the open floor plan and all the amenities! We will definitely be planning a another trip !
One thing- there were a couple of screens missing in the living room and in the master bedroom
The condo was located close to downtown Breckenridge with all its shops and restaurants. Also next to a hiking trail. It was well equipped and had lovely, comfortable rustic furnishings. Real bonuses were the elevator and garage parking.
The place was clean, had all the amenities, including a washer/dryer. The location was perfect for skiing and going into town. The ski lockers and access the building/room also made everything super easy. I would definitely stay there again.
The listing is accurate in that this condo is located <5 min walk to the Snowflake Lift for quick mountain access with limited lines (most of the time zero line!). Awesome access to Breck and easy to get back at the end of the day with some run planning. Definitely an ideal option for a condo on the mountain!
Amazing place right next to the snowflake lift. A good lift to then easily access peaks 8 and 9. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Our family of 5 stayed, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Convenient access to garage parking and ski storage on the ground floor of the lodge. We will stay again!
Great property. Easy access to the shuttle stop that enabled us to capitalize on the skiing at Peak 8. Clean, exactly as described. Heated garage was a nice plus.
Beautiful Condo, perfect for a family of 5 or less
Lovely condo. Very clean, well appointed and attractive space. Well stocked and furnished. Very reasonably priced. Perfect location, close to all areas, activities, and adventures. Walking/hiking Trails right outside Condo. Excellent communication with property owner and property manager. Very responsive. Immediate attention and response to all concerns, questions and issues. Complex is a bit dated, but the unit, location, and price overrides the age of the property. We had a wonderful time in Breckinridge and surrounding areas.
The heated parking garage and lockers for ski equipment was fabulous. The unit was a bit dated, but very comfortable. Excellent location to Mainstreet and the Snowflake lift was right outside the back door of the building. The bathroom tubs need to be replaced though. New appliances in the kitchen! We would stay here again.
