Crystal Peak Lodge is the finest property in Breckenridge.

Forty steps from the lodge to the lift and legendary Breckenridge snow. The lift adjacent to the lodge puts lots of gentle beginners and intermediate Peak 7 terrain right outside your door and yet you have full and easy access to all of Breckenridge and the amazing range of beauty and challenge Breck has to offer.

Have lunch next to the lodge or put your feet up in the condo. For dinner go next door to the fabulous Seven's Restaurant, order a delivery pizza or prepare a five-star meal in our gourmet kitchen. A free shuttle will take you anywhere in town. But you'll probably want to stay right here.

In the public areas, enjoy the hot tubs (two tubs, two temperatures), the steam room, workout equipment and a large central public room with flat screen TVs, pool table, large lounging furniture in several conversation pits and a forty foot high glass wall looking up the slopes.

Your skis and boards are securely stored inside next to the slopes. Ski a few runs and come in for a cup of coffee and back to the slopes. Or take a longer break and hop in the hot tub and watch the skiers.

Eight-inch thick concrete construction and the corner location make this easily accessed third-floor unit SILENT. Enjoy our great entertainment system and the large dining table, comfortable leather furniture, reading chairs where you can glance up and watch skiers on the slopes. Your choice of a large tub or a glass-enclosed shower in the master bedroom. New this year, Tempurpedic mattress in each bedroom! There is a separate private bath and shower facility for the second bedroom.

There is a pull out queen bed in the living room and a separate Cord a Roy stuff bed.

You will walk in and say WOW, did we get the right place. Nothing ordinary here. That is our promise. Come to stay at this beautiful, comprehensively equipped and impeccably maintained property ON the slopes, not near them, not down the street.

We follow this "no equipment" rule when we are there. Use our storage cage on ground level (lock code 1107) or our ski
storage locker (again, 1107) next to the slopes. No smoking anywhere in the building or in our condo or on our deck specifically including marijuana.

Best ski in / ski out location you could ask for! The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were great (especially since you could use those of Crystal Peak Lodge and One Ski Hill). We would love to come back again with the kids.

It was absolutely wonderful!!! We loved the ease of jumping on Independence and taking off for the day. Eric the host was wonderful! We were allowed to stay and ski until 4pm the day we checked out and since we were stranded due to a canceled flight it helped us out tremendously!! The steam room, weight room and hot tub were great. We also loved bowing on peak 8! We would definitely stay here again!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time visiting Breckenridge and this condo was so comfortable to come home to after a day of activities! The location is great with the gondola just steps away and the view can't be beat. When you stay in a private home and treat it as your own you're going to have a great experience. I had just learned our icemaker was misbehaving and I called to inform our newly arrived guest of my plan. This wonderful man said, "I own the same fridge at home and it is easy to correct. I'll fix it." It is not the problems you have but the grace with which you deal with them. We try to make our guests feel great but so often they do the same for us. You have already booked next year and we look forward to your return.

If you really want ultimate right next to the door closeness to ski lifts, this is the place. Add in the convenience of lift tickets, equipment rental, repair or tune ups in the building and there isn't any smoother ski visit in Breck. Oh, and the perfect condo.

My son and I absolutely loved our time at your unit. The location could not be better. A quick trip down the elevator brought us to the ski locker room, which was only steps from the Independence chair lift. There is not a better location to stay in Breckenridge!

BRECK is our happy place!

Nothing better than staying in a great place to enjoy Breck and the region in the fall. The condo was the perfect base camp and met our high expectations! After hiking, biking and traveling around, the hot tub on site was always a welcoming and soothing site. Look forward to returning again in the near future.

We live in nearby Evergreen,CO. We love the mountains and we love our condo in Crystal Peak Lodge. Married 43 years, 4 grandkids. Life is terrific.

Why they chose this property

We appreciate how quiet it is. It feels like the whole area is yours in the evenings because the building is built so well that you rarely hear anything outside the condo. Fun to watch the snowcats with their headlights getting everything ready for tomorrow.

What makes this property unique

It is our home. It feels like home. It is equipped like home. Not the hand me downs from our main house but first class new gear. Always maintained. New dishes every year. We don't think you like worn linens, old furniture, loose handles, chipped cups or chipped dishes any more than we do. "Good enough" is not good enough. With all of our reviews (thank you for every one of them) we know our guests feel like right at home. Our guests standards are high. Good.
