Please note that the building is currently undergoing upgrade construction, which may cause noise during regular business hours and could result in temporary closures of certain amenities, such as the pool. Check in was easy. The host was very responsive and got us right in or Christmas Eve which was great! I’ve added a view from the balcony. We did not hear neighbors at night. The room was clean and had everything we needed to cook our Christmas meal. This is close to Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral launch sites, Cocoa Beach. I feel like we went at a great time although we did see a lot of families it was still easy and relaxing to get in to the pool, hot tub, dry sauna. Everything worked. Walked right out to the beach which was not packed. It was a great stay!
