About this property

Spacious Bridges Bay Condo with stunning lake views and 6 waterpark passes!

***PLEASE NOTE****
This building is currently under an exterior remodel and will be having all decks removed as well as all siding. There are no interior remodel projects happening so you can stay with no issues but there will be no decks to offer. Project should be completed by March 2026.

UPDATE:
Project is almost complete and decks will be up and useable by the end of April 2026.

Our condo includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, lake view, access to our large balcony, and private bathroom with a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, walk in closet from the master bathroom and lake view. Bedroom #3 includes 2 double beds. Our condo comfortably sleeps 8 with the option of 10 with a queen size sleeper sofa. Our kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking supplies you may need and our Weber Grill is easy to use and enjoy on the large deck. Cable TV and wi-fi are included. Bracco's (the seasonal restaurant at Bridges Bay) and The Waterfront (Year-round restaurant) is within walking distance and are great places to eat, have a drink and enjoy the view of the lake.

This condo was better than we thought it would be. Any type of cooking supply was there and more. The only thing we were missing was shampoo , conditioner and soap in the master bedroom bathroom. Otherwise, we were satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

For a family of six, with teenage and adult kids, this was an ideal respite from our busy lives. We used the water park just once but since we were located close to everything, we kept busy with easy access to everything Okoboji has to offer. We are planning a return trip already.

This is a lovely property with a gorgeous view. We had never stayed at a place that required us to do as much before leaving: wash the towels, strip beds, run dishwasher, take out trash— and there were no extra trash bags which made that chore much more difficult. The can opener which we needed was cheap and barely usable. We were provided one towel each and instructed not to use any others. Those issues made it a less welcoming place than it could have been.

I have no idea where this group got the idea that they could only use 1 towel each as there were many available and they sure did use a lot. Instructions for departure are start the washer before you leave …which most of the condos and cabins have you do as well as start the dishwasher and remove your trash. I have in my emailed instructions to leave the used beds unmade. Never once did I get a text or email from this group regarding the can opener because I would have gone and bought a new one for them to use and there was an entire box of garbage bags in the cupboard. Would not host this group again.

We had an amazing time at this property! We had full access to everything at Bridges Bay, but were able to stay in a more quiet area of the property! It was a great home, with comfy beds, and all the things we needed for a great stay.

My husband, Abe, and I decided to purchase this condo with our friends, Randy & Pam, after falling in love with Lake Okoboji. We all love the time we spend in Okoboji and wanted a beautiful place to appreciate and enjoy while there. We all live in Southwestern Iowa. Randy is a farmer and Abe owns his own Agriculture business. Pam is a popular elementary school teacher and I am a social worker at a nursing home. We are all busy people, that's why we like being able to get away and relax in Okoboji.

Why they chose this property

To us, Okoboji means fun and relaxation with family and friends. We have all traveled to Lake Okoboji for years, with the exception of Abe who fell in love with the area the first time he experienced it in 2010. Our condo is the perfect place to spend time with your family and friends and enjoy the beauty of the lake, but also the local entertainment whether that is riding bikes on the trails, shopping at the Barn Swallow, playing games and riding the Ferris Wheel at Arnolds Park, or just cruising around the lake.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite part of our condo is the gorgeous view of the lake. We love spending time on the balcony/deck eating, drinking, and visiting with family and friends. It is a large space to be enjoyed with family and friends.
