Upstairs includes office with dual monitor setup and docking station. 75" TV for media / movie night. Queen Murphy Platform bed. (Super Comfortable) Convenient and brand new washer / dryer in unit. New Oven. New Ceiling fans throughout. Beach Gear for couple chairs, cooler, and umbrella. Community Pool

Estuary community on Marco Island 1/2 way towards Goodland. Entire condo development has received many upgrades in the last year. New screened in porches and sliders, new roof, and more.

Condo requires 30+ minimum, approved application, and proof of car ownership for stickler. Dogs allowed up to 30 lbs. Cats allowed. No more than 2 pets total.
