Very nice little house in quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere on the island. Getting around from here is a breeze! Pool was awesome and the garage parking is awesome to keep your car from getting too hot! Very nice place!

The property was adequate and suited our needs. The pictures oversold the newness of it just a little bit but all in all it was great for our family. The master bathroom could use a remodel but it was all functional. Really loved the ice maker and the beach equipment was in really good shape.

Great stay

We loved the house, the pool and neighborhood, and nearby beach. We don’t often revisit places, but are considering it for both the house and city.

Great stay

We were very pleased with this property. The pool area was great! The pool was in sun all day but there plenty of shaded seating areas. The house was well equipped with pretty much everything you would need. The location was very convenient to everything on the island.

Thank you so much for your review! For some additional context regarding the supplies we provide, the cleaning fee is the same whether you book for three nights or thirty and we provide a starter pack to give our guests time to get to the grocery store. Per the rental agreement: "An initial supply of paper products is provided: at least 1 full roll of toilet paper for every bathroom and 1 full roll of paper towels in kitchen. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided including dishwasher pods/detergent, laundry pods, a clean sponge, hand soap at each sink, bar soap in each shower. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need. Guest is responsible for all else." We are glad you had a comfortable stay and look forward to the opportunity to host you again!

Wonderful Home!

This wonderful home fit our every need for our Marco Island Trip! It was very spacious, clean and the pool and outdoor area were awesome! There is a large outddoor table and chairs with umbrella, grill, chaise lounges and a shaded sitting area. The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect. The master bathroom was amazing! We wanted to try all the local restaurants so we did not use the kitchen much but it had what we needed. My husband was very happy that there was a box fan there! We already decided we would like to stay in the same house the next time we visit Marco Island!

Tahiti 30

This was our first time visiting Marco Island and we will return. We are not new to staying in vacation homes and we truly appreciated the cleanliness, location, the garage and all the little things the owner included in the property. Beach chairs, floats, kitchen seasonings, hand soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, and many others. All bedrooms and the main room have smart tvs as well. The A/C kept the home comfortable and we slept great. I would definitely recommend this home. Several grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach are within minutes. Great job and thank you.
